The waitress were rude and I had to ask them 4 times for the same item which each time I was assured was in its way and surprisingly it never came.

Food was average quality and in portions compared to other Okamis we've frequented. Menus are falling apart. There were plenty of Tables free yet we were crammed in the back with everyone making it super loud. Prompt service though and nice amount of times asked if we would like more.

Food is good quality for all you can eat. Great service. The penalty for food wastage posters all over the restaurant do not look good. Perhaps the message could be in the menu instead?

Food was very nice and came frequently so no issues there. Unfortunately the atmosphere was tarnished due to a group of individuals seated behind us that were very loud and noisy. The staff should have addressed this.

The concept is great and the value is good as well. Caroline Springs is a smaller, more cramped venue and the squid and miso beef were not as good as Hoppers Crossing. We had to chase some of our orders but overall it was still a good value, tasty meal.

Instead of asking the customers to put the food on the table or leaving it on the side of the table, the waiters/waitresses should take a few seconds to slowly put the food down in the middle of the table. That's a way to improve the service in the area and impress the customers for its reputation.
