The food was fresh and tasty. The menu catered for our family members’ Vegan dietary requirements. The food came out a little slow to start with, but our lovely waitress explained that the kitchen was catching up on orders. The mushroom dish was a delightful new experience for me.

The whole experience was amazing! The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. The food was wonderful. The only criticism was the volume of the music coming from the kitchen which competed with the music in the dining area. Really disappointing

Good food. New QR order system a bit disorganised- larger portions brought, perhaps the number of persons on table is unknown? The DONT WASTE FOOD PENALTY signs are offensive and took tacky.

The food yummy but the service was quite poor. We ordered not long after we arrived but we were required to ask multiple times during our meal when we were going receive our 2 dishes. We were pushed out at 7pm so it wasn't a full 2 hr sitting. We were served our dessert just before we finally got our tempera and chicken dish. Not great to be honest. I'm not sure if this is their way of keeping costs down.

No Kirin, no mineral water. No table ordering. Smaller serves than the Niddrie store. App said it was cheaper per person than Niddrie, but we got charged the same. Bloke said the app was wrong. Couldn’t get in at Niddrie tonight, so went to Caroline Springs instead; Should’ve got a kebab. Won’t be back.

Mostly friendly staff, food was lovely. Since last time I went 8 months ago quite abit has changed (only 1 serving per flavour icecream.) Think it shall be last time as a family to go..

The service was very slow but most disappointing is the food was cold, the beef, chicken sausages, even the vegetable goyozas, let management know as one of us breastfeeding but then food came out just warm (tuna tasted weird) so paying nearly $50 a head for food that’s below quality standard was very frustrating (will add in the toilets are horrendous here) really needs a food safety check in here to be honest, definitely won’t be back, very disappointing

The food was amazing, great value for your money, and food arrived at our tables promptly there were times when we had to wait for food to come but that was quite rare. The restaurant was busy so it was as loud as one expected.

Food & service was great. Just slightly disappointed that kitchen closed at 8:45 pm.

The food was great & came out promptly. Customer service was good to except maybe there was a slight communication barrier with one of the servers - didnt put some of our orders down the first time so we had to keep asking if it was coming or not & then another server had to come and check for us. But it’s not a bad thing we still enjoyed our time. Thanks

Food was delicious and love that we can keep ordering more. We did have to wait half an hour to wave down a server to ask to order drinks

It was an okay experience. The food was not too bad. The last time was nicer. One staff was really nice. And another staff could not care less. We went to the Okami in Niddrie- was much better in term of food and services.

Would be nice if they could bring out everyone’s starters at the same time so we can eat together, same with the mains. No vanilla bean ice cream, so ordered sesame seed ice cream. Waiting to arrive for them to bring out green tea ice cream and tell us no sesame seed ice cream either 🙁
