Delicious food, friendly and fast service. My family and I enjoyed ourselves. Definitely recommend Okami Cranbourne to others!

It was an awesome experience, good service, great food. Very good all round

The food was average, but we sat for awhile before getting served or even got menus. People who came in a smaller group were getting served before us when we had already booked the big table in advance. The waiter and waitress kept rushing us to order considering we waited for a while and had to ask for our menus. Value for money is crap.

Overall was a good experience but we waited for 25mins for our last dish to arrive which is the only negative experience there.

The Food is greaf and the Staff are great, accomodating and friendly, only thing is the flooring of the area is always been so greasy and too sleepery. High risk of falls specially to aged customers and people with disability walking the restaurant.

Firstly, what happened? Food is great as usual! were in the far table. Paid nearly $500 on arrival for my group but no one came to take my order for over 1 hour, I went to go and order myself and when it was ready it was put on the opposite side of the table... doesn't seem like a big deal but with a group of 15, by the time food was passed to the other end of the table most of it was gone... usually during other times the staff were considerate and placed the plates at either end of the table so that everyone can get some fresh. Just a bit annoyed that I paid for the lot up front but no one ever took my order and I didn't get anything that I ordered myself. I will definitely be back for sure, I just hope that this was a once off experience.

Yummy food However when a customer asks you 3 times for a fork then still didn’t receive one was disappointing. I’m not coordinated enough to use chopsticks.

as always I quite like Okami for some local Japanese but it's not as nice as it used to be in my opinion. probably will be back as it's great for a group being a fixed price.
