Okami - Cranbourne

The staff were very attentive to my 3yr old granddaughter and this made our dinner experience so much h more enjoyable.

It was amazing, every time we picked up a menu someone was there in two seconds to take our order, the food was just awesome, will be back

Walked in and were seated right away, staff friendly and food was at the table quickly and was delicious.

We often visit Okami Cranbourne. We love the food and wide choices.

The restaurant was full so it was no surprise that getting food took a little time. The food was good but had a better experience at Okami in Frankston, although the atmosphere at Cranbourne was better and much easier to park.

My favorite Japanese restaurant! Great ambiance! I’ve been here many times with family and friends. I love the food as always!

Service was super slow. We would order a few things and then they not come out and then when they did come out they would come out 1 at a time. Definitely the worst experience I have had there. It’s usually was better then this.

The food was excellent 10 out of 10. Some of the waitress lack customer service, no greeting no smile on their face and did even bother to look at us just place the food any where and go. They don’t make us feel welcome. I will surely come again.
