Nice food, but it was very noisy, and the wait times were too long between orders, table wasn’t cleared quick enough.

The rice to sushi was cold and hard. A few of dishes.we ordered never came out One waitress was very cold. If we asked a question she showed no interest in anwersing. We were not told when the last dissh would be ordered However overall the food was nice and value for money

Mostly good but when one menu item took 45 min to arrive for my 11 YO son after asking 5 waiters and no one would give an explanation as to why the delay , it’s not acceptable. All they had to say is they had none ready or it would take 30 or 40 or whatever to prepare but instead people said they would check and then silence

Really happy with the food and service. Card surcharge and inability to split bills is annoying - I would prefer to pay more for the all you can eat if the charge was included.

Best value restaurant with excellent high quality food, definitely my favourite local restaurant. My only complaint is that it is a bit noisy due to hard floors and echoing but that's just a minor issue so don't let that put you off. The teriyaki steak is so tender, it has to be a high quality cut. Great staff as well! It also has a discount for seniors which makes it even better value if you are on a tight budget. Highly recommended.

It was one of those nights that was extremely busy and service was lacking. We found out from the server that they didn’t have enough staff on shift, therefore resulting in slow waiting times. Appreciated the honesty and that they were trying the hardest! Food was still good.

The staff are very friendly and attentive. Okami serves great good for a very low price, probably the best value for money in Melbourne. If you have a senior's card it's even better value as they discount for seniors. BYO is also a bonus! The only downside is that the noise level is quite high. Highly recommended.

Fantastic food keeps us coming back. Fresh good quality food with a very large choice in the all you can eat menu. Restaurant was very noisy (Saturday night) and waitstaff were always in high demand but always pleasant. Great food and great value!

Service was great Meals were nice but lacked the required sauces Eggplant salad didn’t have any sauce. So it was very oily with no miso sauce

Was excellent as always. My only suggestion is that the wait staff should ask what size portions rather than assume the food is for the whole table. So we don’t get more food than we want. Otherwise allecrllent.

There were some good tasty dishes but also some average ones as well. Some more vegetables would be a bit healthier.
