The first time we went there it was fantastic. This time it was over crowded, food came out cold when it should have been hot, a table for 4 receiving food for 2 people, the tables were so close together that when the waitress came past with a tray of food she just missed hitting me in the head several times through the night and some items had to be reordered as they were missed the first time, and the vodka lime & soda had no lime in it at all. Very disappointed.

Love Okami, never disappoints! Sister has been in Europe for 2 months and this dinner was what she was most looking forward to on her return.

Love the food. Sometimes service was a bit slow and some items we had to order again cause they were forgotten, but apart from that it’s awesome!

I’ve gone there over a dozen times and love the place, the food quality has really taken a dive. And it wasn’t just a once off thing, you could tell by the way the food was prepared that it’s just how it is now. I looovveee okami and have will definitely go to the others, but not this one anymore.

Food was ok. Some were good and some werent. Service was good at start but slowed down tremendously half way. A method to get your stomache full? Dont get the grilled squid with miso sauce. Horrible. Had to finish it for fear of getting charged extra for leftovers. Lol.

Such good value for money, love the new menu items, chicken curry for the win.

First time visiting Okami in Frankston and had a great feast. The restaurant was nice and modern, the food was really nice although there were some differences between what was shown on the menu and what was delivered on the plate. The service started off amazing and then slowed significantly as it got busier. All up though, a great experience and I'll be back for sure.

Had a good night. It’s a bit noisy to try and talk across the table at each other. Tables are too close to each other.

Huge barn like atmosphere makes conversation difficult. Really liked very reasonable wine and sake prices.
