Always great food and fast service. Will be back again

ny grandson was 2 years old and they still charged us for a child. service was not right from the beginning as the staff had that look, too many but we were always polite. we had 13 adults 5 children and one 2 year old.

Great value , yummy food , great staff. Quick service.

Food is fantastic. Always seems fresh. Only problem is we were seated next to very noisy girls. Noise level is very high and have to nearly yell to be heard

Food is still delicious, service was a little slow and noise levels were almost unbearable. All you can eat should include a drink and desserts were limited to one serve per person.

Great restaurant with lovely Japanese feel about the decor. Food is EXCELLENT with a great range of different meat dishes as well as salads, rice and noodles. With the bar now operating too, great value with the All You Can Eat menu as well as the large range of spirits, Japanese beers and Sake, cannot ask for more. Service is fast if you order as soon as you sit at your table. I order enough for 2 rounds per person so that when we are finished, the rush is over and following orders come out quickly too.

We had 10 people at the table. Food that we ordered did not come to the table. It took a long time for order to come When they came in it was all confusing who ordered what and food kept going on to one part of the table. Others were hungry. My partner and I have been there before and that time service was perfect. I think is because of a small group. We will not bring a large group anymore. But as a couple we will still visit. Well done improvising, And thank you for organizing the ice cream with candles. That was very special very appreciative of that. Please don’t take it as personal Just to improve your services. Because we love your food. Thanks.

Whilst we enjoyed the food. My partner went to pay the bill and was told it has been paid. He assumed one of our kids had paid it for him so we left. We received a phone call 20mins later from someone who said, and I quote “you left without paying your bill” insinuating we intentionally left. This is insulting and rude as we were told it had been paid. If your restaurant makes a mistake with your bills then do not pass that on to an inocent customer and make them feel like they stole from you. Not happy to be treated this way.
