Amazing food, lovely staff. I’ve been twice in the last two weeks!

Amazing food, quick service and you definitely get your money’s worth! The only thing is that it’s really loud during the All you can eat sessions but would definitely return

The food was amazing we felt pressured not to order too much as we’d have to pay for waste, which is ridiculous. They wouldn’t let us split bill it was all a bit hectic. Won’t return to Frankston! Hampton was such a better experience

Our first dish never came. Service to our table was slow. Ice cream at the end didn’t come and waitress had to go and make one.

LOve evrything about this venue except it is quite noisy and sometimes hard to talk to your friends/ family who are sitting opposite you. Otherwise everything else is fantastic, especially the food and service

When the room is full ,felt squashed in at times . And noise factor in a big room without petitions is increased.

Amazing food!! Great Price! Our favourite Japanese place to eat.

On the night we visited Okami Frankston they had 2 new Chefs. Waiting times were slower than normal and some of our meal was obviously delivered to another table as the waitress said it had already been delivered but it hadn't. As far as variety, taste & price Okami's is great value.

First time coming the staff was excellent as well as the service however the noise level was a bit too high but otherwise fantastic

The restaurant was packed, but the efficient kitchen and waitstaff made sure the food was delivered to our table quickly and with a smile. Such a reasonable price for yummy Japanese food.

Excellent service, interesting concept but the atmosphere felt like a food court.

Went here as a group of 14 people and we cannot fault the food at all! Absolutely delicious. Only downfall is there needs to be a bit more room between the tables for this size of group. Overall amazing and will be back!

I was expecting an “all you can eat” restaurant be a buffet-style help yourself. Not so! The food is cooked fresh when you order it. Everything was tasty and more than enough to satisfy. Service was friendly, helpful in explaining the dishes and super quick. Excellent value for money too. Highly recommend

Was too noisy and busy for our taste... waitresses were run off their feet. We didn’t end up eating all that much and ended up being charged $5 for wastage which when I paid $35 per head for 3 of us I felt was a bit rough so won’t be back.

They missed one dish and didn't have hot chocolate, but staff was lovely and food was delicious.

We had a great time, but one of our party was discomforted by the initial rush of lots of people arriving, orders being taken, food arriving and so forth
