Amazing service and food. Highly recommend the Okami restaurant chain!

The best Okami I have been to. The food is much tastier than other Okami's. I really like the look, feel & friendly fast service you get there. My Favourite restaurant. The Beef Carpaccio is perfect.

Great food, big variety. Got extremely busy just after opening so was pretty noisy.

Overall it was great, but the noise level made it hard to hear the staff and our dining party. Some of our items took a significant amount of time to come and often things arrived out of order, eg. we ordered 6 ice creams then 10 mins later ordered 2 more and the two arrived within a minute of ordering them followed by the 6 3 minutes later...

Great food freshly cooked and great value and all dishes are good

Great night out with good, good value food but not for a date night. Acoustics are non existent and you have to yell to be heard and lean across the table. Three separate birthday celebrations happened on the Saturday night we were there and they got very rowdy by the time of the last celebration and the lights went briefly down again and smiling staff delivered their cake. Very, very noisy atmosphere. Once you initially get staff attention, they are friendly and efficient in taking your order and freshly prepared food arrives quickly. Noise level would be the only real complaint.

Horrible !! No allocation of seating ! Every one sitting on top of each other which makes me feel quiet uncomfortable as how can you have a conversation with your partner when customers next to you are listening to it basically! Being first in the restaurant we were seated right next to the entrance door which was extremely annoying and very unnecessary! I’m a chef myself and it was not a good experience food wise either ... every dish was loaded with regular soy sauce and way to much ginger ! Sorry but can’t say I enjoyed anything about this restaurant and to top it all off when serving complementary water , it should be chilled not be Luke warm out of the kitchen tap

The food and service were great but that’s where it ended; the closeness and noise level did not make it an enjoyable experience. Having to shout to be heard meant that enjoying a chat over a meal impossible. It was simply eat and go. We won’t be returning despite the good food and service.

Love this place. Great quality food especially for an all you can eat and a good number of choices to satisfy any Japanese food lover. I love the way you order small dishes rather than a buffet style. Everything is cooked fresh and is great quality. The only point loss is that it's quite squishy as the tables are very close together and the number of people makes it quite noisy.

I was a little concerned by the amount of people in the space with regards to COVID regulations - I would have felt better if there were less people in the room. Otherwise the food was great. We were in the corner of the room so trying to get the waiters attention required us to go to the register. It was a great experience otherwise.

Extremely poor service. Food was raw and didn't get what we asked for. It seemed they ran out of seafood. Kept asking for the sashimi and sushi platter and ice cream we never got it, they seemed to have rushed everything. The presentation was terrible and the dishes seemed dirty. As we have been to Cranbourne Okami it there is no comparison it is 100 times better than Frankston.
