Good food and service but a bit noisy in the restaurant

I've been here many times however last nights service was appalling. The customer service was non existent. The meals were thrown on the end of the table and majority of them were incorrect. The amount of seats allocated to our table did not cater to our booking. We continued to receive incorrect orders and some of our orders just never came out. We were charged for another tables drinks and incorrectly charged for the meals. Unfortunately this venue can't keep up with the amount of customers it can occupy. Very disappointed

The food was simple, but fresh and flavoursome. All you can eat; I was stuffed to the gills. The service was prompt and polite. I will definitely return . PS - great for children as well as adults.
