Very quick service, food fresh and hot. Noisy but I suspect it was a lot to do with Xmas cheer.

Excellent food. Although it was unfortunate that it doesn't say anything about 2 seatings on a tuesday night. So we felt a bit rushed. And no split bills meant it was difficult for our group to pay.

Fantastic food as always, so fresh!! Quick service and polite! Only one deterrent, too noisy when full restaurant. Always recommending you!!

Have never been on the weekend. Was busy but had great atmosphere. Food came out regularly and was hot.

Always a busy place and a great vibe with everyone enjoying their dinner. Wait can be a little while if you come in right on session changeover. worth it though.

the restaurant was full of people at the 8pm sitting. booking online was easy.

We were a group of thirteen, ranging in age from teens through to their sixties. It was a great night with terrific food. Everyone enjoyed trying food from the extensive menu. All ate well, and there was lots of social interaction.

Need more training for your floor staffs. Some can't understand simple English and that's very disappointing. Bit slow service but we love your desserts the black sesame ice cream, green tea ice cream and the other sweet was amazing. Was he the owner helping for the service and tidying the table? Two thumbs up for him.

Delicious and fresh food that was great value for money. Perfect for a bigger group so you can easily split the bill and try lots of different dishes. BYO too so win win! Thanks for a great night!

As Okami Hampton regulars, we were expecting the same level of service and food quality. It couldn't have been further from the truth. We spent the first half an hour waiting for the food, with kids crying that they are hungry. Then half the food didn't come, the food that came was either tasteless or undercooked or over salted. Some of the food that we ordered as soon as we sat down, came just before the desert and after we asked about it 3 times. The waiters were confused about which order they were carrying out belonged to which table. Twice our food was given to the table next to ours and marked as delivered to us. All in all a very disappointing experience!

Party of 4 of us all had all you can eat for 34.80 each. Great value for great 3 course meal & a good idea to order as you go & each dish was a small portion so you could try different dishes. :)

The food is great AMAZING but the service was way to slow I think they need more staff members because we only got served 3 times and they did not hear us very well for what we ordered because when only 1 arrived of some items we ordered my partner missed out because I was starving for waiting too long but if we were able to get more food quicker the value for money would be great but with the limited times we got food it was not great The wait time for food was long at the beginning and the end. The noise level is on another level of being very very uncomfortable experience I can't even have a conversation with my partner as we can not hear each other there is too many people sitting too close together with too many conversations going they need to upgrade the restaurant and buy a bigger one because they seem to be EXTREMELY busy meaning they are getting enough money to buy a bigger restaurant and hire more staff members to make it more enjoyable for us and a better atmosphere as its way too cramped. I will give this place a go again as there is so much on the menu I missed out on trying and I want to give some more food a go but I am hoping our next experience is better
