Good food and service. Only downside was that we didn't know that there was a 'no split bill' policy until we went to the register to pay. You don't go near the register counter if you are seated at a front table, so how do you know until it's time to pay? A prominent sign near the door, or on the menu would be good.

The food was wonderful and served quickly. Staff were friendly and attentive. Restaurant itself was clean and had a nice atmosphere. We will definitely eat there again!

Great food and plenty to choose from. Our group really enjoyed it. Restaurant was full so it was a bit noisy but that didn’t matter.

The servic was excellent, the food was great and very fresh would highly recommend. Food comes promptly and the tables are kept clear of any used plates.

All- you-can-eat is very good value. Everything on the menu tastes good. Definitely, we will return again. The staff is very friendly and always checking on us.

As usual, the food was delicious. The only problem we experienced was that we had booked the quieter small room 6 weeks ago, due to 3 of our party of 8 wearing hearing aids, and the main dining area is usually noisy, and conversation is difficult. We booked the second sitting, which usually means that the first sitting diners know that they are expected to leave at 7.30 p.m. ( We have obliged , by doing so , on previous visits). However the First sitting diners, in the smaller room, refused to leave for almost one hour, so that it was 8.30 p.m. before we could access the room. We were then informed that the kitchen would close at 9 p.m. We are all in our 70's and are not used to bolting down our food, nor ordering in excess of our needs, but we did manage to salvage a nice meal which everyone enjoyed. We also made it clear, to the staff, that we did not blame them for the delay but rather "The Selfish Group" who refused to honour the house rules, and whom we feel took advantage of the polite Asian ethnic staff. Next time we may be tempted to book for the first sitting , but turn up later. In any case, the food and hospitality could not be faulted, and the complimentary wine and corkage were also appreciated. We all agreed that we will be back.

The staff were friendly, and punctual. The place was clean, and tidy. Staff quick with assistance and didn’t have to wait long on our food

Food is always freashly made and steaming hot. All you can eat option is what we always get as it is value for money. Sometimes a little wait with servers to tables

delicious food! shame there are sittings and you get kicked out at a certain time. It would be better if you could come and go as you please.

Great food but the menu never changes - always the same. would be good if there was one "Special" item that changed each week to make it a little interesting coming back.

The best Japanese a la carte all you can eat style so far. The seafood tempura is to die for. Very highly recommended. My whole family enjoyed our time here.

Great food. Been a few times and have noticed that if you sit around the corner, you can be forgotten at times. Could add a bowl of salad (tomato's, cucumber etc) to lighten the meal a little from all the fried meat and rice dishes.

Good fresh quality food,not a Buffett style where food can spoil, friendly staff and no rush to vacate the table, we had a table of 6 and all were happy.

great restaurant, food was fantastic. Service is quick . its is very busy on a friday night and there are a lot of tables so the noise level gets a bit high, but I would still highly recommend this restauant

Food was very good, service was still quite good, none of the 4 staff that served us could speak English very well, which made it difficult when 7 people were ordering and a couple of mistakes were made, but over all we had a great night :-)

The food here was fantastic. Service was slow at times, offer ourselves and others asking to place an order and staff never returning as they’re being over worked... 3 staff on for so many people - seating people, clearing tables, paying, bar, taking orders, bringing drinks and bringing food out was definitely not enough and it showed. A few times dishes never arrived, once reminded they were brought out at awkward times like plain steamed rice being brought out at the end, long after all the meat and vegetables had been consumed. The layout could be worked on, with 3 tables in a line split either into singles for 3 sets of 2 people, 2 pushed together for a single set of 2 and then 4 people of all together for a group of six.... being their with 3 others and sitting about 10 inches away from strangers at the end of us was really awkward... I understand them attempting to cram as many people in as possible for profit margins, however it’s a very uncomfortable experience being so close to people you don’t know - I’m thankful I wasn’t part of the couple as it probably would have been more awkward for them. Staff polite and friendly however being over worked definitely let’s them down.

Overall great place for the family to eat and enjoy time together. Fast service. And the food was fast and delicious.
