Food was beautiful and fresh, service was a little slow but friendly.

Food was tasty but every dish was cold. Very slow service, not what I normally experience there.

Staff & food just perfect. Bigger group at time so loud that we had to leave as you couldn’t hear yourself anymore

Full house and only two servers , very noisy, seating arrangement wasn't ideal , food would come out cold at times, food was OK but not great, this is the second time my partner and I visited, I don't think we will be back

Food is veey good close to authentic even though staff are not Japanese (I lived in Japan 6 years). Excellent value considering Australian restaurants are generally overpriced and low quality. Because Okami is a chain restaur ant business they are able to maintain a high level of service and food quality Needless to say, it is one of our favourites.

Beautiful food, great atmosphere, the presentation of each dishes is made with care and appetising, my family thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great food, great service, noise levels quite high as it was very busy, could have been a lot warmer inside quite cold, and when door kept being left open to street, customers had to keep closing it as it was so cold. Every thing great about food and service, chairs could be more comfortable. However, will go there again for the fantastic food and great price.

Very authentic Japanese experience. Amazing food and service. We have been sharing our experience with all our friends and are already planning our next visit.

Very disappointed, .... although the food is excellent! The staff just can’t keep up with orders. I didn’t even receive my main course order at all . When this place first opened, the staff were amazing and kept up with orders even when it was really busy. None of them are there now.

If you want a great meal for a fantastic price, the all you can eat buffet is an amazing deal! Beautiful food and took me back to my Japan visit!

Plenty of choice of food at a great price for as much as you want. Due to the all you can eat, you can try everything and if you don’t like something so much have another! The group I was with shared everything with each other so there wasn’t much we didn’t try on the menu. There was something for everyone’s taste. Our food arrived fast. I would visit again. Only negative thing was no change table/area for my sisters baby, we didn’t want to put him on the floor so had to improvise with bringing dining chairs into the bathroom.

Good food. Just a very noisy environment which means everyone shouts to get heard and that just makes it louder. Staff were efficient but just so busy you didn't really feel like you were being 'served'.

Love this place, great food and value. Only thing was we were in a room off from the main area and felt that we were forgotten at times. Would defiantly recommend though.
