Amazing food, fantastic and quick service and great value for money

Food was amazing as always, service was fantastic, the digital menu was easy to use.

We had a really good dining experience overall though the service could be a bit more streamlined and friendly.

We have dined in Okami a few times and we always enjoyed the meal there. Last night, some of the meals were very salty (beef udon, gyoza, yakiniku beef) and some order didn't come

Table of 10. We are regulars and love coming here. But this time the staff were quite rude towards the end of our sitting and we had never experienced that before. We have a 2 hour sitting and we were told our later orders were to be done 45 mins before our sitting finished. It is normally 30 mins before. We were then told 3 times we needed to pay and leave 10 mins before our sitting was supposed to finish. Really disappointed this time. But the food was delicious, as usual.

Staff and food were excellent. Table requests were respected, greatly appreciated!

my kids are always happy with okami’s service and food.

We waited to long for our food, just sitting there while everyone around us was eating. Even though we were the third table that arrived for the night. Ordered a drink and food that didn’t arrive and then they said we didn’t order it.

Food was amazing and arrived to our table very quickly. Need to somehow be able to see what you’ve ordered as we doubled up a few times.

Never fails, consistently good, fresh food and friendly service, the carpaccio, garlic vegetables, takoyaki and curry chicken is so delicious.

Awesome! It has been a while since we had been here, but the small updates that I noticed were fantastic! Upgrade to the plates and a little bit of the decor made it feel much nicer and added some polish to an already great place! Only gripe was the tempura prawns were processed and the takoyaki weren't right, rest was awesome 👌🏽

Experience was disappointing.. food didn’t get given to right table and lengthy wait for some food. Booked a table for 15 and when arrived was given 2 tables. Food was lovely but overall poor experience.

Staff were very friendly and pleasant, prompt service, food nothing outstanding, some of the plates of food not as seen on menu.

Always fun to come here. Food piping hot and fresh, clean oil used for frying. Our only gripe is that the servers don't clear the empty beer bottle from the table.

Food quality has dropped since my last visit a couple of years ago. Prices have also gone up so I'm unlikely to visit again.

Food quality and quantity was excellent. Service staff were very attentive.

They have QR codes for ordering food apart from dessert now which I think is such a great idea!
