We sat down and waited 30 minutes for our first set of orders to come out. We never received a few of our fresh orders sushi and salads on our second set even after asking a staff member. We sat for 2 hours in total and ended up leaving without a few of our dishes. It has never happened here before, usually the food comes out so quickly. Very disappointing experience.

I've eaten at okami's a number of times. The service at last nights meal was appalling compared to any other vist. It was slow throughout the night until the last 10 or so minutes and then it was abnormally rushed.

excellent service from all staff and really great tasting food

Highly recommend for people with allergies. On arrival the staff had left a handwritten note of dishes I could order. I sincerely appreciated this, and this allowed me to enjoy the experience with my family. Thank you to the staff it was wonderful.

Fantastic value, service and food. Noise levels were quite high, but overall a fantastic experience.

We were a booking of 4, the food was delicious, sadly the service was terrible, no pleasant smiles, no conversations, food and drink was just put randomly on the table, not given to the individual person directly.... and then we couldn't pay separately..... the couple we came with had never been before and said sadly they would not come back

if you are a sushi lover, great place to go for all you can eat

Nice experience, small dishes but you can order as many as you like. Go early if you don’t want to wait too long for your dishes.

Food was great as normal but found the seating area to be very cramped especially in the tiny side room

Food was good, nice and hot and fresh, apart from the first dish which came out way ahead of all the others as if it should’ve gone to someone else; because the rest of the food was a long time coming. Also noodles never arrived so we just ended up cancelling as we were too full already.
