Found a piece of metal in the food we advise the staff. Didn't find the food as good as it used to be. We did leave some food on the plates as wasn't as appetising as last time. We got charged 10.00 extra. Must of been the piece of metal

This was the first time dining at Okami, we were celebrating a birthday & couldn't have been more happy with this experience. We chose the all you can eat option and the food was exceptional.

Was super busy but the staff are great and came around frequently and food still came out very quickly.

We ate here all the time and loved it. This particular time however, we found a bug in our meal. The staff were very good about it and we didn’t have to pay for our meals. It was a shame.

The service was good although the restaurant was packed on the night that we were there. However, when we ordered the sushi & sashimi platter in the second round, one of the sushi (the egg roll) was missing and the salmon sashimi pieces were obviously smaller than the 1st one we ordered. It was a bit disappointing.

Place is crowded, we noticed some the food taste has changed since last we ate. We did not wait for our last dish as the waiting is too long. But we understand it happens during weekend.

Very uncomfortable when people arrive and leave as the wind blows straight into the restaurant, needs to be and automatic door as many leave the door wide open as they enter/exit. Staff on this visit didn't appear to be very friendly.
