waiter dropped a plate on the customer, however good food

Food was great but service was terrible, had to use the QR code to order and it didn't work on multiple occasions and we thought the order had gone through. Waited far too long for food. They brought food out an hour after it had been ordered when we were eating cake.

Very prompt service and great food! Ease of ordering through QR code to save flagging down staff.

Always a favourite. Celebrated birthday. Fun had by all. Delicious food at a great price.

First visit to Okami restaurant was great. The service was prompt and efficient. Being a Sat evening it was very busy, but our food arrived quickly. It was very appetizing and tasty. Will definitely return .

Celebrating our Daughter’s 18th birthday, Okami Greensborough delivered, accomodating to our large family we needed 2 tables. Delicious entrees and mains, affordable drinks Mocktails, Cocktails, soft drinks, wine and Prosecco they had it . Once we got into the ordering by QR code the dishes and drinks came swiftly. They provided a knife, lighter, plates and forks for our Birthday cake we brought with us. Fantastic service, Fantastic price. Excellent night had by us all. Thank you

The food was delicious, particularly the steak options. Also, my partner has a medical issue which means she cannot eat too much. Without question they charged her as a "child" which was fantastic!!

Nice place to go and have all you can eat.

Truly enjoyed the birthday dinner for my son's here. Boys and their friends loved the variety and quality of the food as well as a quick service. We will def be back again soon.

Good food and service, even if an order gets lost in the system, it is easy enough to fix.

I have been to a few Okami restaurants, and found this location easy to find and the food was amazing. The only thing that's needs to be improved is the staff engaging with the customers, not just putting food on the table.

The food and service was amazing. The food was delivered promptly after we ordered.

Always treated well at Greensborgh the service and food comes out quick and they look after us if need extra etc.

We chose the 5pm booking as had work committments later in the evening. Was nice and quiet. Food was fressh and hot and arrived quickly. Could not fault Okami or it's employees. Was a lovely experience and well priced.

Very fast service, tasty food and a great choice from the all you can eat menu. This all made for a fun night out and excellent value for money. Would highly recommend this restaurant every time.
