Friendly, fast service, delicious food & great selection of dishes. Easy ordering with the QR code, saves conversation time & patience.. however makes it too easy to order meals too fast. Wonderful evening.. thank you 😊

The experience was good. Service was good. Loved the addition of the pork gyozas. Very sad that the eggplant salad no longer is available on the menu

Overall is was great but was a little cramped but not bad. Food was good although lot of premade stuff I guess, was hopeing more of fresh, but I do knwo its a chain so acceptable and portions we above average , expected a bit more for the price.

Overall fine but they no longer serve miso eggplant which is a favourite of ours so I don't know that we'll go back.

Nice food, great speed, nice table at window. The only thing I would like better would be not to order through the phone, it feels like you need to be on your mobile and aren't present at the table. I love to dine and be in the moment together instead. I like to order from a menu card instead with big pictures.

Family of four for all you can eat dinner service. Dishes were beautifully cooked, service was very efficient. Restaurant was very popular on a Saturday night.

The staff were great as usual. Attentive and food came quick enough. We ordered from the “all you can eat” menu. The spring rolls and dumplings were cold. The meat dishes had smaller amounts of meat than usual. The fried rice had no flavour. It definitely was not as nice as we have had in the past.

we had dinner here for our anniversary and the experience was great. we had the all you can eat menu and my husband definitely ate all he could! food came out quickly and was fresh. the staff were also very friendly.

Few normal items sold out like wasabi and ginger - some of the main meals also sold out. We were seated at the front of the house right beside the pick up counter. Many walk ins right beside table waiting/standing around. Overall food was delicious and was served very quickly. Staff were attentive. Thank you.

First time visiting and was very pleased. The all-you-can eat is a great deal. We were in and out in just over one hour. Busy place but nice vibe.

This is a very popular restaurant so noisy. It has been packed both times we ate there. All you can eat is good value and seniors get a 10% discount if you show a Seniors Card or have proof of age. Diners were people of all ages. This was our second visit exactly 3 months from our first. Only disappointment was the black sesame icecream was not in stock both times!

Great Japanese food. Miso soup was a bit watered down. Dishes could be a bit hotter when served. Taste was amazing.

Food was great, however took a long time to arrive. A number of dishes never showed up and we had to order one dish 5 times before it finally came. I understand you want to keep costs down by slowing down an all you can eat service, but it was taken too far this time.

Food was cold a lot of the time, and did not seem fresh. Sushi was thrown together terribly and unprofessionally, meats were barely warm. Everything was rushed.

Hi Okami, My friend and l were not very familiar with the use of the QR code system. We asked the waiter that we preferred to order through a waiter. This was agreed to by Okami. Unfortunately we were rarely attended to. We had to signal for attention from the waiters, which was difficult most of the time as they seem to congregate around the kitchen, or behind the bar. This was very disappointing as it ruined our dinning experience. I have attended Okami restaurants at Moreland Rd, Brunswick, Keilor East, Sunbury, and Hoppers Crossing. I have been very happy with the service and food at these Okami Restaurants. My friend whom accompanied myself was visiting from Sydney, unfortunately he was disappointed with the experience. I was embarrassed as l spoke highly of the Okami restaurants, and he had asked to dine at a Japanese restaurant that day. I hope that this experience was a one off, but it has left myself questioning if l would attend an Okami restaurant in the future. Saddend and disappointed by this experience. ordering via QR was clumsy, food was great service was great

Food was good but a lot of items on the menu was 'sold out' (and we got there at 6:30pm) so we couldn't order what we liked. There was limited desserts (one available) and they had removed some favourite dessert options which was disappointing (like the Taiyaki Fish). For nearly $50each when you couldn't order what you wanted, it is no longer good value.

Always a great time here with delicious food and fast service. Highly recommend
