Excellent quality & large variety of foods. Excellent service, friendly staff. Highly recommended place to dine. So far it was the best of OKAMI restaurants in Melbourne we’ve been dining in.

Noisey but food was delicious. Plenty to eat and easy to get the waitress attention. Not ideal for a romantic dinner but nice all the same.

Friendly efficient service and good quality food . The range of food was good maybe a few more desert options. Booking was easy to do online .

The food was yummy and the service was good. Even with a voucher though it was quite expensive for a family considering what we had.

It was nice to be able to eat good food compared to the price, but it is a little sad that I could not have more variety of sushi and sashimi.

Okami is a great experience with a nice atmosphere, very very fast food delivery and many delicious dishes to choose from. Highly recommended for super fast service and quality eats.

Most food was delivered quickly to our table although we had to wait around 20 minutes for our tempura dish. We were also not asked if we would have liked more drinks - if we were asked, we would have ordered them!

Quick service, hot food, love going to this place with my partner as we always get our moneys worth. I do highly recommend it to everyone.

Workers are not very attentive, took us 20 minutes to get someones attention to order. When we did order they didn’t bring us half our food anyway because they seemed to have no idea which table was what, so what’s the point in ordering the food anyway?

Wow, an amazing "all you can eat" deal. They kept the food coming from the word go. Just make sure that you order what you can eat in the next 5 minutes, and the plates are cleared pretty much instantly and then they ask what you want to have next. You must get the time right and come at the beginning of each sitting, that will maximise the number of dishes you get because they take last orders 1.5hrs in. The food was very tasty and a good range of Japanese classics. We tried just about everything on the menu. Anything we liked a lot, we just ordered again. It was all very fresh, staff were efficient and pleasant and will be going back there for sure.

The food was delivered in good time, efficient service and one of the staff who seemed like a supervisor was really good at delivering effective customer service. The food was good as well.

Great value and excellent food. The staff could have explained how things work a little better but otherwise a great time and would definitely return.

Service was very poor. Food took long time to get to table. Customer service was not very politely. Had to keep asking and reminding them of our food

nice selections but dessert is NOT all u can eat. couple of dishes ordered did not arrive. but that's understandable as it was quite a busy nite. bottled water was room temperature instead of having them cold.

Nice food- nothing too fancy but good service. Very noising dining area that is hard to hold a conversation in without listening to the table next to you.

Great quality food, staff are fast and very responsive to any needs. Will say $18 for a child that’s 5years old is abit expensive because he only ate one tiny plate of chicken.

It was very good but after returning home my family drank soo much water. Possibly 5oo much msg used while cooking. That would be my only complaint

Attended the Greensborough location which is very popular. Had the all you can eat option. The food was great. It came out quickly as well which worked well with the 2 hour time frame. Service was friendly and helpful.

Extremely friendly staff, makes you fell very welcomed. Food was absolutely delicious. A very relaxing place to dine. Accommodates for large groups as well. Will definitely be returning!

Never been before. I went with my boyfriend expecting the wait to be forever and decent meals but we got there and received excellent service with very little waiting time between meals and fantastic food. We will definitly be coming back. !

Great selection of vegetarian options and excellent value on the all you can eat menu, service had its weak moments but this really doesn't phase someone who is there for the food.

Servings werent fair. some came late but was served fast and more. ordered four orders at a time but comes 10min a far from each other. Not Happy. 💔💔💔💔

We had the all you can eat buffet. Food was delicious and there was plenty of it. It was really crowded and the space between tables is quite small. Would have like faster service.

Was an absolute amazing night and the food was fantastic. Friendly and welcoming staff. The only let down of the night was that we were ordering big but only one meal came at a time, so sometimes we were waiting there hungry. But by the end of the night two or more meals were coming to the table. The quality of the food made up for the wating times.

Raw fish could of been colder. Overall good service food just a little slow coming out. Card fee of 1.5 % just a littled high as banks don't charge that high.

Okami is an excellent restaurant that runs only all you can eat. You have about 2 hours to order what ever you want and have it freshly made and brought out to you, every time I have eaten there I have always returned as full as I can be.

Great food, great experience. Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed. Cannot wait til we return, it’s a must do dinner before going to the movies.

One of us got food poisoning from the food eaten at this restuarant. Very disappointing. The food tasted good but that doesn’t matter if it will make us ill.

The food is good and we love it but service wasn't really great. We are aware that there would be a bit of a wait and we didn't have a problem with that. The problem was we felt like some of the staff are really rude. There was a time when a staff was taking our orders but wasn't even paying attention and just said okay. She then moved on to the next table took their orders-smiling, even made a few jokes then just a few minutes later came out with the same order as we asked for. We did follow up on our orders a few times as we have noticed the trend specially when that particular staff was taking the order. As I said, the food was really good it's just sad that service also has an impact on this review. Hope they review their staff members. I'm sure that the table next to us will be giving Okami a great review.🙄🙄

Great food again :) service was friendly but waited a long time for food to initially arrive. Once it started coming it was much better turn around.

Great food and service. Even my fussy 11yo found sometbing to eat! The best thing about the all you can eat is that she had 2 serves of the dish she liked.

Food was delicious. Service was good, they are very busy so had to wait a little but not a problem. Will definitely go back. Fussy husband enjoyed as well. Tip: try and order as soon as you get seated
