Okami - Hoppers Crossing

Good food. Would be useful to have a receipt for the order so that we can keep track of what has already been ordered, otherwise it results in over ordering. Would also be nice to get food in a reasonable order. For example, wasabi was ordered with sushi but sushi arrived early and wasabi arrived very late in the meal once the sushi was already eaten.

The food was delicious, the service was beyond amazing! Will definitely dine there again

The food was amazing as always. I like the adition of a qr code to order as you want. It look the pressure off and we felt we could just order one or two dishes at a time.

The service was excellent although it was a very busy. Food came out quickly. I wouldn’t really consider it Japanese though :)

Half the food we ordered never came out. We had to remind staff that we had ordered food. By the end, we waited more than 50 mins for plates that never came.

We love this place so much. They have changed how you can order your food now, you receive a QR code and order with your phone. They are still very quick with your first order of all you can eat. It's usually the 3rd order that takes the longest.

It was a pleasure to eat there, l will definitely be back. Food is great.

Took 37 mins for 2 drinks to show up. The food was terrible and took way to long to arrive. This is very disappointing given our previous experience was great.

Loved the food. Service great but get rid of scan code service. Off putting. Loud baby screamed all night. Limit children or have a closed off baby section. Not everyone likes kids.

Most of the food our table ordered did not arrive. Kind of ruins the "all you can eat" aspect when you're sitting with an empty table for most of the time. Raised this issue multiple times with staff members, who didn't seem to care much. Got kicked out still hungry. The food we got was tasty, there just wasn't nearly enough to justify the price.

Restaurant has a large seating area. Food is really nice. Service was quick. Would recommend this place.

Food was great and quick service, however, our drinks took a while and the wait staff were always rushing away when we were trying to get our water jug refilled. Also lack of clear communication at the start when we arrived.

Love going to Okami. It’s one of the bestest restaurants in the Western suburbs.. So much variety in their food it comes out looking so appetizing, Each dish is unique. All my dining at Okami has never failed they are faultless. Food is cooked fresh and arrives to the table very quickly. The waiters and waitress are all well mannered and respectful they do a wonderful job and take care of all the diners

Terrible experience. Now you have to order your own food on your phone. I hate that. It never works for me. A guy got us a menu and said he would come back to take our order. 10 minutes later we walked out

I have never eaten Japanese food before however all my boys love all thing Japanese. It was my son's 21st birthday & he wanted to attend the restaurant. I enjoyed everything I ate.

I love that they have a QR code for us to order from the table. It's very convenient. The serving is very generous, and the food taste great. We love the matcha ice cream too.
