With the new ordering through your phone it’s hard to know once submitted if all your food has been sent out. I recommend having it’s on its way and a list so people don’t become inpatient. We were twice unsure if our second bowl of rice had been ordered. Then requested another teriyaki steak that never arrived. Ordered ice cream for the table then was asked for last call on food. As a table we thought we were cut off from some of our orders never arriving and were too embarrassed to ask the busy staff to check.

First time using the app and ordering buffet all you can eat option in house - very easy to use, prompt and friendly service, food was amazing. Definitely recommend. Only drawback is the entry door slamming shut loudly everytime someone entered or left the restaurant. It was very intrusive on my dining experience. Can't the door be fixed somehow?

Not too happy with it as the food doesn’t taste as good as it used to be and I feel a lot of MSG was put in cooking the food. Wasn’t allow to order the same flavour of ice cream again and this is abit ridiculous. I asked for cubicle seats due to my anxiety in the public but then they only gave me and my partner the table against the wall. It makes me feel uneasy the whole time.

The best of the sites so far, close to home and incredible staff. Always so full by the end and incredible food. Never a disappointment. Love the beef carpaccio and the fresh sushi and sashimi

First time I dined here. Menu was on the phone. The lady explained to me how to order on my phone. I was so grateful. She was a huge help. Explained menu to me, and how to order. I didn't get her name but she was wearing glasses and mature. I think she was supervised. We will come back. Excellent service and cook. 💕

The new QR system worked great and was very efficient. The speed of the food being brought out was great, and the food itself was so good! I’ve been to Okami quite a few times and this was definitely the best the food has been.

I wasn’t happy with the service Not enough staff The waitress was bringing too much food on the 1 plate so i couldn’t try anything else. I feel like it wasn’t good value for money because i didn’t get to try more than a few dishes. Smells like smoke when they sat me near the back doors I have been to other Kami restaurants and this one I rate 1 out of 10 The fried rice had no flavour also the beef wasn’t good either
