Restaurant has a large seating area. Food is really nice. Service was quick. Would recommend this place.

Food was great and quick service, however, our drinks took a while and the wait staff were always rushing away when we were trying to get our water jug refilled. Also lack of clear communication at the start when we arrived.

Love going to Okami. It’s one of the bestest restaurants in the Western suburbs.. So much variety in their food it comes out looking so appetizing, Each dish is unique. All my dining at Okami has never failed they are faultless. Food is cooked fresh and arrives to the table very quickly. The waiters and waitress are all well mannered and respectful they do a wonderful job and take care of all the diners

Terrible experience. Now you have to order your own food on your phone. I hate that. It never works for me. A guy got us a menu and said he would come back to take our order. 10 minutes later we walked out

I have never eaten Japanese food before however all my boys love all thing Japanese. It was my son's 21st birthday & he wanted to attend the restaurant. I enjoyed everything I ate.

I love that they have a QR code for us to order from the table. It's very convenient. The serving is very generous, and the food taste great. We love the matcha ice cream too.

The entire dining experience was brilliant, the service was great and the food was exceptional.

Bought in a birthday cake. We finished eating then asked for the cake to celebrate. The waiter brings out the cake in the box still with no knife, lighter or even plates or spoons. I take the cake out the box and the shop turns off the lights. I ended up packing up the cake and celebrating it at home. No body bothered to say they were closing or finishing up. It clearly stated on the website we could bring a cake and it was encouraged. In my opinion the service with birthday celebrations was quite poor.

Very disappointed this time Dim sims were cold Katsu chicken was burnt and dry we got 3 servings of it and all had black on them and overcooked.

Prefer waiter/waitress than scanning QR code. More relaxed and you only order what and when plates are needed. QR method ended up in ordering too much. Otherwise, great night/meal. Thanks

Most of the food tasted good except miso soup tasted like water.

Used to go on regular basis but tonight was disappointing waiting too long for food ordered an then they forgot one of our orders. Won't be back in a hurry

It was good for the most part but some food just made me feel ill, will come back though!

We were booked in for 1:00PM seating, walked into restaurant at 1:03, even before we were seated we for firmly told we have until 2:00 to order with 2 menus given on the table and a QR Code docket. Me and my wife have dined in with at your establishment once before and it was very wonderful experience as it was first time experience for our family and they came with us on our recommendation and it was below average this time. We felt were rushed and have to eat asap because not long after that we got another notification by team at the restaurant that we have to be out of restaurant by 2:30PM. On Regular times yiur guests get 2hours seating and we were shown the door fairly quickly, from the moment i walked in it felt like we made a mistake. Overall it wasn't a pleasant experience from all the aspects.

Very enjoyable as always; service, food and ambience. Unfortunately though, prices have increased at least twice since we've started coming here approximately 2 years ago. I appreciate utility prices have also risen but I'd like to see this restaurant maintain its value-for-money label. Thanks
