Service was wonderful and staff were lovely. The food was tasty and well presented. However, sadly we were a little disappointed with the overall dining experience. There were multiple larger dishes that we definitely ordered that never came out. We werent able to confirm at the table what we had ordered the fact you are unable to know what you have previously ordered, once you send the order to the kitchen there is no way to see what you have ordered which gets you confused and you assume you never sent it through. Only when you go to pay will they show you and you have to quickly view the receipt and confirm the order and pay. We also ordered a round of entrees, then some drinks and after 1 dish of the entrees came we ordered some mains. The steamed rice we ordered at the very beginning didnt come until the last few minutes of dining and most of the mains we ordered came before the entrees. I had heard a lot about this restaurant and have been eager to try since we moved to the area but the experience itself was pretty disappointing.

I had a great experience, as I always have with all my previous visits. With the new QR code ordering method, the delivery of the food to the table was even more efficient than before. Service was lovely as well by all the staff.

Great spot for all you can eat Japanese. Servings are small and you cannot track your ordering on the app but otherwise we love it and will be back. Excellent value.

requires order online but the signals are really bad to connect the internet and the store does not provide wi-fi, make it difficult to order. Orders had been forgotten, orders had been doubled due to system error, not a pleased experience comparing with other Okami stores

I tried Okami in Adelaide. Seems the food is better there. I had to asked for the empty plates to be taken away all the time, no enough staff. Service was not good.

I am very disappointed. Unfortunately the food was not good. The sushi dishes were mixed with other sushi that the children didn't like. There weren't many salmon options. I really thought it was a waste of money. In my opinion they need to put more options on the menu.

As a chef who's lived in Japan for 4 years I believe I'm more than qualified to state- the food was utter shite. The experience overall was very sub par but specifically the food itself was a freakn embarrassment. As I sit typing this thoughts of the food I had last night comes back to me and honestly I feel nauseous...... not worth the 40bux per person. I wouldn't pay 10bux for what I ate. As im never going to give them a 2nd chance and therefore dont care if their business survives ,i will end now as they dont deserve my time wasted reviewing them or pointing out the specific issues with their garbage cuisine.. the end..

The food was blend. Many things were pre cooked and served to us. A bit odd. After the first round the waitress noticed that I requested gluten free soy sauce and came to explain that I have to ask gluten free stuff to them. It was too late. Not recommended

Such great value and food was amazing. Staff were rushed off their feet as so busy and weren’t as attentive particularly with drink orders but it was fine. Would definitely go again.

Most of the staff were great except for one. She was rude and argumentative at the end. The food was great but because it was busy we ended up waiting 20 minutes before one plate of four fresh prawns came to our table.

We didn’t get all our dishes, our order took so long so we didn’t realised that we missed plates. To get 2 beers took more than 10 minutes. It was pretty busy, we get it, maybe not enough stuff.
