Fantastic atmosphere, staff and food. Loved it, so full from eating too much.

We love going there… It is perhaps a bit noisy, but that is the nature of such a busy place One in. While dishes take. Long time to arrive but as there are so many other lovely things to eat it really isn’t a problem..

I had a great experience. All the staff were very kind and positive. The food was 🤤🤤🤤 so good, my friends and I ate so much but still left room for the yummy ice cream and taiyaki. The tempura prawns and karaage were so good so my compliments to the chef :) It’s worth the money in my opinion. I’d definitely recommend this place and intend to visit again with my family some day.

It was ok. They put longer pauses between the orders as the evening moved on. This means we eat less . Why can we only have one dessert per person if it is "all you can eat" ??

Service was fast and friendly. Overall good experience and value for money family dining. Cost was fairly reasonable; with small children who do no eat much being charged at a reduced rate compared to adults. Fried rice, grilled chicken wings, steamed vegetables are all good. Udon noodles was not great, and the squid. But there are a good variety to choose from the buffet menu to find something to suit.

Service was poor. Had to wait 20 or more minutes for food. No one responded despite of informing 3 different staff members. Staff said it’s ok if I don’t visit again. Lost the money

Very loud and hard to speak to others at our table. Very long wait for food to arrive, so long that the food we had been waiting 20 minutes for, never arrived and we were told that the kitchen was closed. In theory it’s good for value but if the food isnt delivered when ordered in the limited time frame of 2 hours, then it isn’t value for money. We waited 25 minutes to order our first food and drinks….

I have been here many times and it is usually fantastic. Tonight was disappointing with overcooked food, and it just wasn't the same tasty dishes. The ice cream was a Dixie cup and hard.

Food was terrible. Did not seem fresh at all. Ice cream was hard as a rock and couldn’t eat it. Better off eating at a more authentic Japanese restaurant.
