Best Japanese all you can eat in South East Melbourne

Excellent, all of it. Fantastic customer service-very attentive. No sooner do you order, it magically arrives at your table. Value for money and quality of food 10/10

Food nice as always but the amount of people in the restaurant created a very very noisy atmosphere. Could hardly hear the people talking on our table which was quite disappointing.

It’s the best Japanese restaurant in town that’s why we love dining out @ Okami.

Atmosphere was nice, food taste not like the last visit. We had the all you can eat, but for such a small window of time, you eat fast, get full fast so paying over $45 a head (not including drinks) works out to be expensive. It felt like they wanted us out early, trading hour was until 9pm, felt like we were rushed and it was only 8pm. We were there for an hour.

The food was served quickly. All tasted really nice. The only thing we hadn't been there before and there was no explanation on how to order.

It was our first time at Okami Narre Warren, having previously visited Okami Cranbourne West once, and the experiences were completely different. Narre Warren was so much better. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, the service is friendly and welcoming. The staff were attentive and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. The food also came out incredibly quickly and was hot and fresh every time. It made the all-you-can-eat experience even better because there was barely any waiting between orders. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be returning to the Narre Warren location.

I dislike using QR codes to order in restaurants but in this style of restaurant it works well as submitting multiple orders throughout night. The food came out fast and tasted great. The noise level however was beyond loud. It was like being in a club where you could barely hear the person next to you. There are zero soft furnishings in the restaurant to help absorb any type of noise. There were a few very loud groups, however I have been here before and it's always noisy if the restaurant is full. It's a place to go and enjoy the food but not if you're wanting to have a catch up and great conversation.

Came for my birthday with a group of 10. Staff were incredible and food was amazing.

Unfortunately a disappointing visit. Food was lukewarm and sadly with some of it arriving within seconds of being ordered, it became clear it had been sitting there for a bit. Service was okay, it was extremely loud inside. Having been to other Okami restaurants this was disappointing.

Store was busy due to Valentines Day, but food still came out quickly and staff were amazing. Food was, as always, great.

My husbands first time at okami. He really liked it. My child who is fussy likes the chicken sausage, the little chicken dimsim and the tuna sushi. Always lovely and fresh.

I don't like ordering via QR code. Also the food is mostly luke warm like it has been sitting there. The reduced menu from when Okami first opened is disappointing and it isn't good value given the reduction or choices. I would not be likely to return.
