I had a dinner for my birthday, and it was so amazing! The food came out so quickly and it was all SOOO tasty!! I also loved the music they played when they found out it was my birthday. Will definitely go again! I love the staff there, so friendly all the time (　＾∀＾)

Our 7:30 booking was very busy, but the staff did their best to keep the food coming.

We dine at Okami Narre Warren rather frequently during the past few years and have loved the total experience each time. The restaurant, food and service have remained the same through the years.

Always love coming here, lovely staff and amazing cuisine. So fresh and love how we can select our dishes at the time preferred. Definitely recommend!

Food was great one of the staff that served us was very friendly but am not a fan of ordering via the phone didn’t get a couple of items that I ordered but not sure if I didn’t order properly and was scared to reorder as didn’t want it twice or they just didn’t bring the order

The service and food was great but the restaurant got a bit noisy

Not many choices. They don’t even have pictures in their menu so it took us a long time to order. They don’t even have basic Soft shell crabs and Chawanmushi. It was disappointing as any basic jap restaurant should have them. My daughter just wants a basic cooked tuna sushi and they don’t even have them. It’s my first but last visit.

The food was not coming, we were ordering and the waiter said the chef wasn’t receiving the order although we submitted it. The waiter was very rude and when we asked for assistance advised he was busy. The food was coming out Cold when they decided to bring it out. Disappointed

The food at Okami was absolutely delicious. The staff, including our waitress and those who served the food, were all lovely – friendly, attentive, and made the experience enjoyable. However, I was quite disappointed by the dessert policy. Despite being advertised as an "all you can eat" buffet, there were unexpected limits: only one fish-shaped dessert and 1 ice cream per serving. For the price we paid, I expected a genuine all-you-can-eat experience across the entire menu, including desserts. A bit misleading and disappointing in that regard

We enjoy the food variety and the tastes and the quick service. We we unhappy to be placed near noisy groups of people with children who were loud and used profanities while speaking. While we understand that people with children have a right to dine out, it would be good if we were asked to be seated in much quieter area away from noise.

Food was fresh and delicious, the service was quick & friendly, and loved the green tea ice cream & cake stuffed with bean paste.
