Fast service great place , lovely atmosphere Food was fantastic

The first lot of orders were very quick but things got a bit slower as the night progresses. The service was very friendly and attentive. Overall a great dining experience.

couple of orders not delivered, i wonder how the kitchen is prioritising orders or who was responsible to ensure all orders of one table have all been delivered.

Amazing food and great service we enjoyed it so much

We arrived at 7.45pm and by 8.30pm they were asking for last orders. We were there celebrating a birthday and felt extremely rushed. We felt we should leave at 9pm when all the waiters were staring at us waiting for us to leave.

food was disappointing. will not be going again. I have had better Japanese food from a food court at a shopping center.

Sitting in a spot were the air conditioner is blasting cold air on you is not nice. In the beginning they switched it of on our request yet later it was put back on (understanding as it was getting full of people) yet really they should not put people straight under the airconditioner. I had neck issues that night and I feel it was of the cold air blasting on it. Yet food and staff was aweseome

My granddaughter had to take her baby home early as the noise level was too high for the babies comfort. Various dishes were great except for the fried fish dessert which was questionable.

Food are great and staff are all friendly. Looking forward to book in again.

Firstly - GREAT night!! the restaurant was very busy, so completely understood the table service being a little slower - staff are all very friendly and food is always very good! it was a little noisy, but again, also understand that over 100 people in a restaurant is going to have that happen. I felt bad because, with the slower table service (for ordering) we tried to order enough food to get us through and it ended up being a couple dishes too many, but thoroughly enjoyed the night, the service the staff and the food!

The food as always was good and the staff very friendly The issues were the food taking to long to arrive, and being able to get staff attention to order At times I waited 10 minutes while trying to call the staff and then somethings we had to wait 25 minutes for it to be delivered to our table. We had our booking for 5:45 with the last persons arriving at 6:05, at 6:50 we got told the kitchen was closing due to the session ending and we were then to find out that the session starts at 5:30 regardless to what time we booked. All in all we only had 45 minutes of ordering time which didn’t give us all we could eat. If a session goes from 5:30-7:30 and someone books for 6 that should either get told their seating is 1 1/2 hours instead of 2 or they should be allowed there allocated 2 hours. It was quite crappy that we didn’t get to order everything we wanted because it took so long for staff attention and then we had to wait to long for some dishes

Since we recently visited Japan, we were longing for Japanese cuisine and decided to go to Okami’s. The food was similar in taste as in Japan. A good variety of dishes. Best of all they dont tolerate wastage. Since it is all you can eat, it is natural for some to order food and waste. If you waste more than certain amount of food, you will be charged. They are so efficient and quick that you get your food within few minutes of ordering. I would recommend Okami. Don’t forget to make reservations.
