Okami - Narre Warren

It was the first time I had been there, the service was wonderful very quick from ordering to receiving meal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was amazing. Thank you

Always beautiful fresh food. Downside is some seating can be squishy and it’s quite noisy in there. We don’t let that stop us though because the food is yum.

The food was delicious, customer service was amazing and even though we were told the food would take 30minutes as we ordered from ala carte menu it only took 15 minutes. Fantastic experience, can’t wait to go back again!

This was the third time we've been to Okami Narre Warren and ordered ice cream and left without receiving it after waiting 30min

While it was very busy and a bit noisy the food still came out fresh and quickly and overall was amazing

Everything was perfect and all the staff are friendly and very efficient. We always enjoy dining there as the food is fresh and plentiful. We will not get tired of going back there.

Food and service were good but you need to make sure you call the wait staff regularly or order big amounts because when it's busy they don't check in a lot.

Great variety of Japanese dishes at a decent price. Quick service, great for a night out with friends.

They were very friendly and accomadating, considering we had x2 separate tables. The only issue was the service was slow, we waited quite awhile for certain dishes and then some of it was all batter no shrimp. But the family visiting enjoyed it

Really enjoyed the night and will go back. Understand the night finished at 10pm, but a bit disappointed that from9:30 no one came and checked if we needed more food. Suddenly everything is being cleaned up and we hadn’t finished. Had to go counter to ask for our desert at 9:50.

1st time diners of 8 persons, only drawback was the high noise level, could not hear person on other side of table, occassionally had to wait for a waiter to come our way to order more food, we did it in stages, but food was served hot, fresh and very tasty. Would ask for a table out of main floor area as would be quieter. Lovely to see a busy, booked out restaurant. Will return.

Unfortunately there was a large group of people near our table & we were overlooked often. This lead to us having to order in bulk to ensure we had food.
