Most of the food came out cold and slow, otherwise ok

Food quality was great. But our orders on a few occasions got “ lost” through the app. Then the app wouldn’t let us re order. So we needed staff to help.

We had a great meal, the food was fast and delishious. It was easy to make a booking.

Busy, fast fresh food, large variety, nice staff, will return

We have been coming to this branch for a number of times since its opening and we have noticed the decline of the food quality at our recent visit. The chicken karaage tasted a day old and reheated! And the stir fry udon was the same (not fresh) again reheated like a day old! We would like to continue to come to this establishment however if the food quality continues to be like this then we will have to reconsider our visit again.

I went to Okami Niddrie restaurant on a busy Saturday night. The food was just okay - the sauces was too salty and teriyaki steak was dry and not hot. But the waiter, Shogun, was amazing. He was very busy but he still checked on us and other customers a lot and made sure we had everything we needed. He even smiled and seemed happy to help. Shogun did a great job and tried his best, even on a tough night. I was impressed with his service and appreciate how hard he tried to make our dining experience good. The food was okay, but Shogun's service made up for it.

Very disappointed with our dining experience, all our food came out at once , with the exception of main dishes first. It was as if all the food had been prepared much earlier and just sitting in the kitchen. It was almost cold, serving sizes on some dishes were tiny-unable to share x4 ppl. Charged over $5 for the tiniest serve of wasabi. Always looked forward to the buffet at Okami, but the last couple of visits have proven this is not case. With the price increasing ( understandable) but the serving sizes are much less. And the table way too narrow for the booth , so too far away from the bench seat- very uncomfortable.

previous times i have been food has been fresh and their quality of seafood has been nicer this time it not. If they were buying B grade originally they are now buying C grade quality seafood (I doubt it was ever A)

Appears to be understaffed 25 mins for a drink order the food was delivered sporadically more than usual. App works well only thing that could be improved is a list to see what has been ordered and yet to be delivered
