This is the 5th time my wife and I have dined there since we moved into the area and the food has been amazing however the service by Shogun is nothing short of excellent. He is an asset to the restaurant.

Party of 6, the all you can eat option. Food came out quite quick with the first round of dishes ordered. Ordered more plates and after 30 mins of waiting and not receiving our food,we paid and left. Fair to say that will be the last time dining there.

We thought we were getting 2 free soft drinks as being part of a "special gift" for a couple Valentine's Day booking. We were told by the waiter (and it was in very, very small print) that, no, we had to come back another day for the offer to be valid. So all we had as a gift for the booking was a card and an envelope. I would hardly consider this as a gift. Very slick advertisement from Okami. I am there would be others who would have been disappointed too.

The place was full and very busy but the staff were all incredible, friendly, food orders were hot and fresh.

It was very average service. Why do they insist on seating a couple next to another couple when there are ample seats available at a distance? Even a couple that was seated later next to our table requested to be reseated. Totally appropriate!. Food was fine but seeing as we took our own byo wine it took a long time to get wine glasses. All the good came out at once so ended up getting cold by the time we tried it. It felt rushed. Not in a hurry to go back.

This was our third visit to Okami. The food was sooooo good as per usual. Came out so quick and was so fresh. Will be back again!!

The service was fantastic, we placed 1 large order for the 7 of us and our table was full within minutes, freshly cooked beautiful food. We arrived at 5:40 and were satisfied and left in an hour. Niddrie Okami is the best.
