They where under staffed and it was busy they lost food or forgot food the time on waiting for food and drinks was disappointing As this is one of our go to places to eat ! Who ever was running the show did not think or plan about how busy it was going to be

Table of 6 would bring 1 dish at a time even though we ordered 8 dish. Half the dishes we ordered never arrived waiting lik 8 minutes per dish. Menu stated that plate size are according to table size not true wen we got one dish of chicken wings there was 3 wings on plate for 6 people. Not sure if intentional to minimise the amount of food. Food was delicious but service was lacking seen as meal cost $312 (incl drink) was not worth it

We enjoyed our first visit in our party of 4. My husband and I are not big eaters but our guests certainly got plenty of food. The food was very nice. Unfortunately, they like eating that early but it was a bit early for us. It does seem a bit rushed knowing that you have to vacate at a certain time. Overall though a very pleasant experience.

Great food, friendly staff; would recommend doing a 12pm booking or a mid-afternoon one if you don't want to be in a super-loud environment (as we left the 1-1:30 lunch crowd did make it quite a loud place to be but that isn't the fault of the business! 100 out of 10 reccomend.

Service was slow... food was overcooked and bland... too much deep fried... tempura was not crispy

it was an amazing experience over all. The food was delicious. There was not one dish that was not enjoyable. It is quite a noisy restaurant and the ambience could be improved on, but overall it was a lovely experience.

We ordered so many times and food did not arrived so we need to re-ordered 3 times. They avoided our table and just came back for the last order near the time when the 2hours sitting is almost up. So disappointing waiting and they never get our order right.
