Visit was good just a bit squishy when seated unfortunately

Took a while for dishes to come out and when they finally did they weren't hot. It was pretty noisy too even though the restaurant was only half full. Waitstaff were nice.

we had a great time it was my second visit in 4 weeks we. couldn't falt it.....Congratulations on a great restaurant. ery well done, the format for the service is brilliant don't change a thing.

Ordered boiled rice 3 times for 6 ppl got 1 bowl after 1.3 hours of asking where it was. Ordered a number of dishes that never came and not enough for the 7 ppl on the table as I kept ordering and the orders for “lost”.

Service was very poor and slow today. I had to ask three times for water. One time we were sitting with no food for a good 15 mins .. which is too long to wait.. Some of the food we have ordered did not arrive .. but no explanation why.. One of the desert did not come also so we ended up leaving earlier than expected. The staff seems to be understaffed and they were not keeping up with the orders. We have been here a times and service is normally ok .. Today was just terrible experience which left us feeling annoyed and very frustrated. We will think twice before coming back here again.

We watched everyone around us, who were seated after us, get served before us. We ordered 8-10 dishes at once, and the dishes arrived in drips and drabs, cold and disappointing. Our first dish was 2 small pieces of chicken on a plate, then we waited a further 20 mins for other dishes to arrive. Plates were piled high on every table and the noise of clanging plates and cups was awful. The sushi was fresh, and that was the best part, but I would not go again and I wouldn’t recommend this place to eat. There was not enough wait staff. They were worked off their feet and they apologised for the delays but it was uncomfortable to watch the wait staff struggle under the pressure.

It was a nice night out. Its worth checking out.

Good value, nice food if you can eat a lot!

Some of our dishes ordered didn’t come out Fried rice came out last so we had to eat our mains without rice but The food was cooked beautifully

The restaurant was crowded but the food and service were still good.

Loved the food, the staff, the service and will go back many more times. The biggest issue was the noise. As there are so many hard surfaces even with minimal people talking it was hard to hear anything past the person next to you. The tables are small so you are nice and close to talk, but still too loud to hear.

The booking was really easy. We also enoyed that the restaurant was not too full when we came. We loved the new dishes. There is room for a little improvement with the speed of getting the food to the table, but it was overall really good.

Always delicious food and quick service. Love this place. Great for bigger groups.

Food is excellent and very good value for money love it

Orders forgotten and some cold food. After dessert, staff came out with some of the forgotten food items as we were walking out the door.

Everything was great. The only thing I found was that the lighting was too sterile. It felt too bright just like you are sitting in the middle of a department store. I would go back; the food and service were very good.

Food was great, very slow to get drinks, didnt get some of what we ordered. No one cleared our plates or bottles (cleaned plates to begin with then stopped) but cleaned all tables around us which were empty. I have been they numerous times before and has been exceptional. We will be back

The staff on shift were great, but there was not enough staff on shift, everyone was very busy and it did cause a longer service time than i have had on previous visits. The Food was amazing as always.

Dirty kitchen, dead cockaroches on floor. Service was a little slow.

It is hard to find restaurants that can cater for so many food issues but they managed

Overall was nice - but overall value for money - not so good - took too long between each dish and you only get 2 hours before the end of your dining time. They also kept forgetting orders which had to be chased up 2-3 times, so it ended up being sometimes 30 mins between very small servings. I probably won't go back again.

We've been to Okami a few times, this was by far the best. Food was fresh and plentiful

They seemed to be a bit disorganised. We dined at 5.30 and in fact were the first ones in. We ordered quickly but our drinks took quite a while to get to the table (and I think it was only cause we asked them a couple of times). The food was very good. Freshly prepared and servings were perfect sizes. I particularly love the Beef Meals - especially the Carpaccio - something I would not have expected in a Japanese Restaurant. It was EXCELLENT. The best thing for me is that I was dining out for a belated Fathers Day and I now know there's an OKAMI in Camden - only 7 minutes from home. We'll be attending there soon!!!

The food was quite nice, and there was a great range. However, it seems like it would be more efficient if each dish was a standard size and letting the customer decide how many of each they want, rather than customising the size to the number of guests at the table. When, knowing that we wanted multiple plates of tempura, we were told we could not order multiple plates, and had to wait until the first load came before we could order more. Even if they just took the order and delivered them staggered it would have been better, as getting servers attention was not always easy.

Always a good experience. Food was great, especially the new menu items and staff worked tirelessly to ensure everyone was looked after.
