Staff were attentive and very helpful. Food was great and served in a timely fashion

Another excellent visit to okami. Ordering via the QR code made it easier. The staff are lovely, the serving sizes were perfect and the food was fresh and delicious. We'll be back again soon.

Restaurant was packed. Not enough space between each table, back to back, sometimes back of my chair was hit by a guess sitting behind. Have to wait for staff to attend even give a signal but still have to wait bc there was only one staff taking order. Sushi &sashimi platter was served but a lot different and smaller than photo in menu, salmon sashimi were small amount, small size and thin. I had to question staff about the portion size as it looked unlike in the menu. Food and sweet were good. Had to ask for some item that was missing from my order. If sushi and sashimi platter is served a quantity as same as in menu photo it would be better.

Friendly staff, explained a QR code scan using mobile ordering system. It is convenient bc we did not have to wait for staff to take an order. Liked options for small or large serve. Sushi & Sashimi platter was a lot better than our previous visits. Salmon sashimi is better in size thickness and quantity of pieces on each platter. Did not have tuna sushi like in the menu but it was ok. We liked variety of entree and mains, menu is updated and it is better. Dumplings were nice and serve hot. Takoyaki was good. Steak with both sauces were good, tender and juicy, sauce a bit sweet. Icecream and taiyaki after meal were nice. We recommended and will visit again.

With changes to the menu, came expedited delivery of food, which was a great change. Service was friendly and efficient. One of our family faves, well be back. Thanks!

Okami is one of our favourite restaurants. The food is outstanding, the service friendly and efficient. Every time we go, we try something different and we haven’t been let down yet. Loved the Easter promotion. We will definitely be back

WOW! ! Okami Penrith is fantastic! Staff are super friendly and efficient . Food was just sensational! The selection of food was outstanding, with heaps of choices. It arrived at our table super quick and was delicious , empty plates whisked away leaving space for our next round of food. The whole experience was fantastic, we took friends who hadn’t dined there before and they totally loved it too. I highly recommend a visit to Okami at Penrith if you want to have delicious, Japanese food at an outstanding price. 10/10

The QR code wouldn't work. Then the app was glitchung. With a group of 10 and only having access to order via 1 phone was very frustrating. We were also over charged and then a refund couldn't be issued rather we have to wait for head office to refund.

We love this restaurant, the food is excellent and great value for money - we've been twice in one week and will be regulars. The staff are wonderful too.

We enjoyed our first visit to Okami. The service was excellent, we did not have to wait very long for the food. The food was fantastic except for the Shumai. We can highly recommend the sushi and miso beef. We will definitely be returning!

Some of the food we ordered didn’t come out particularly beef yakiniku and beef teriyaki. We got chicken teriyaki. We gave this feedback when we paid and they willingly offered to have the items that didn’t come out to be served . But we were already full. Overall we had a great time and everything that came out tasted well. Servers were also all pleasant and accommodating. Will surely come back and recommend this place.

Food taste good but the waiting time is quite long

We used the app on the table to place our orders, but they weren’t going through, so we had to keep asking the waiters where our food was.

We have being a regular customers of Okami Penrith for the past few years and honestly Valentine's day has been the worst experience so far. Second seating of the night and we had to wait more than 1 hour to get our first serve food or drinks. Having a allocated slot of time to eat, it would be assumed that the services would be fast enough to let us to do a few rounds of our favorites dishes. Not this time unfortunately. We left at 9.30pm still hungry and unhappy. This is not acceptable for a all you can eat type of restaurant.

Very busy as it was Valentines Day. Staff were rushed off their feet, so service was slow to start, but improved as the night wore on. Rather noisy as restaurant was packed to capacity. Would visit there again

Was such a good enjoyable first time experience. The prawn katsu was definitely my favourite item on the menu 🥰
