Great customer service provided by all staff. The chairs slip when you seat on it. Maybe put rubbber or felt protectors on the legs of the chairs.

Food was cooked to perfection couldn’t fault and off the dishes service was friendly and attentive. Servers need a little more exp on drinks and mixers but everything else perfect highly recommend.

The restaurant was absolutely packed and a couple of our dishes got lost however the food was great and the staff were all super helpful - what more could you ask for?

Didn’t get all the food we ordered, waited a long time to get meals, couldn’t talk as noise level was so high, but there was a party there as well. Not sure if we will go back.

We had the early dining, my 19 yr old daughter and I. We had seaweed salad,squid salad, takoyaki,chicken teriyaki skewers,prawn gyoza,beef carpaccio,(very nice) beef teriyaki,chicken karaage,sushi roll platter,steamed vegetables,tempura seafood, beef Udon noodles (oily and yucky),vanilla icecream, black sesame seed ice cream, green tea taiyaki (tasted like mashed sweet potato but green) Overall we enjoyed the experience and nearly all the food. The only negative was the delay in the dishes being served. I suggest, which I did, order 5-6 dishes each time. They portion the amounts according to the people at your table. We got small portions due to there only being two of us. Also, do not waste food or they will charge extra for food wastage. I'd recommend the Penrith Okami and I'd go there again

We visited Okami Penrith to celebrate my brother’s engagement. The team at Okami were incredibly accomodating, having a high chair set up as per our request for my niece and letting me in a few minutes early to display some balloons to surprise my brother and his future wife! Our server even helped us try to organise how we wanted plates to be brought out with portion sizes. The food was always served hot and was delicious and we definitely felt like we got our moneys worth. Would highly recommend!!

Service is quick, although atmosphere more like a Chinese kitchen compared to their other venues.

The Beef Teriyaki was too Salty. Staff are nice. Over all experience is not too bad.

Great Food good value. It's a little bit noisy, but that's expected . Staff were available when you needed them.

I Enjoy this place, tonight must have been short on staff as took a while to order and get served.

Food and staff were amazing, accommodated our toddler and pram. Wonderful birthday dinner for my husband. Noise level was a bit too loud for us, the table next to us were quite noisy and that did detract from our experience, however not any fault of the restaurant. We will definitely come back for our next special occasion.

An amazing experience! Such friendly and accomodating staff. Food was incredibly fresh and crazy to think it’s 35 odd dollars pp for all you can eat! Thoroughly recommend the GREEN TEA TAIYAKI and the BLACK SESAME ICE CREAM.

The food was mostly terrible and poorly prepared. The salmon sashimi was tolerable, the tuna was truly foul. The salmon in the sushi roll on my platter was off and I’m sure gave me Diarrhea. The steak was ok but really, all in all it was a really gross meal and I will not be back. We went on a Tuesday evening. I was really wanting to enjoy this place and hoped it was going to be good as we love good Japanese food. It confirms my experiences with most all you can eat offerings - a real waste of money. As soon as this place exhausts its supply of first time customers trying something new, they will be in real trouble, as I can’t imagine anyone wanting to come back a second time. Sorry....but such a disgustingly poor meal deserves to be heard about. It’s not acceptable to accept money for this ‘food’.

Dining with a group of six was great because we enjoyed a huge variety of delicious foods, the serve sizes were generous and of course we could order more of what we loved. Service was friendly. Seating time was plenty long enough.

Didn’t realise it was all you can eat. Busy restaurant so waitstaff rushed off their feet or sometimes forgot things. Good way to try a lot of different dishes with children or family. Staff very friendly.
