I've Been here before and the service was amazing. However last night was terrible. We ordered and they kept forgetting about our orders or we would wait over 40 mintues for one dish.

Don’t expect us to leave after 2 hours when it takes 2 hours to get served. The food is always delicious but waiting for it to arrive was painful.

Portions are very small, there’s no sashimi at wall we were in 6 persons and we’ve got 4 slices. Service very slow as well and the vibe in the restaurant it wasn’t pleasant.

"I've visited the Cronulla restaurant several times and have always been delighted with the entire experience. However, this time, I decided to try the Rosebay restaurant with a friend, and as I was sharing my positive experiences with them, we encountered some issues. Yesterday, the service at Rosebay was notably slow. It appeared that they were understaffed, and as a result, we had to wait 5 to 10 minutes each time we needed something. Moreover, they repeatedly asked me to scan a barcode and place orders through my phone. Unfortunately, I couldn't comply with this request because I have an older phone that doesn't support these functions."

Food and service are always great, but it was a little slow to order last night, there were not enough floor staff for the amount of people dining, otherwise it was fantastic.

It was very busy and the wait staff were run off their feet. They seemed to give us quite small servings compared to other tables but the food tasted good

Very busy because of Father’s Day. Some of our orders never came and we had to remind them of it eg. Miso soup which could be serve easily as it was already made.

very chaotic things we ordered came 2 hour later or not at all, ordered miso on arrival and it came over an hour later

The food is always good, fresh and authentic. Nearly always one or two orders seem to get lost but there is always a wonderful assortment of dishes.

Another amazing night with amazing food. The only problem we encountered was that some of the food we ordered did not come out and we had to ask several times. Other than that, we look forward to going back again soon!

My teenage kids loved that they can order anything on menu and eat them when it’s hot or cold! We didn’t have to wait for waiters to take orders much even though it was Mother’s Day and it was busy. The service was great!

Excellent and attentive service and the food was really good.

Service started slow and then picked up to a better speed not long after that, but last orders were taken around 7pm- end up a little rushed, but overall it was good and I’d probably go back there again to try them one more time

The food and service are great. However, I wish the range of food is bigger. E.g. Sashimi only, garlic fried rice, etc
