Excellent food and excellent service and great value for money

A bit slow on the first orders and sent out too many desserts. For some reason loud music was played over the pa for a short time but had a great time, food was delicious, great choice of food. Will definitely go back.

Our initial food order was misplaced by the waiter! However, after waiting approximately 20 minutes and checking where our food was, all dishes were very tasty and well worth the wait :-)

A different style of all you can eat where you order from a menu and wait for the dishes to come to you. The waiting staff were very attentive and the food was fresh and tasty. There is any extra charge for food left over, so it is difficult to gauge how much to order at a time, but the wait staff ask regularly if you want more, so best to order only two or three plates each time. Kitchen closes at 9.30, so get there in time to be able to enjoy a wide variety if tastes, you need at least an hour and a half as there is waiting time between dishes.

MY HUSBAND I COME AND EAT EVERY WEEK SUNDAY THE 7TH WE TOOK 2 OTHER COUPLE WHICH NOW IS THEIR PLACE TO GO

The service is not good enough and lets the amazing food down. Long waits twice now on fried chicken dish and served one dish three times. Asked for wine glasses and they didn’t arrive. Got up to get them myself and the were handed to me from bar staff straight from dishwasher. Not good enough. Lots more training and attention on front of house service needed.

Our drinks never arrived. Our food came after 1hr of ordering and then got charged a surcharge for leaving some food

The food was slightly over cooked but as usual the food was delivered quite quickly. Our initial host was not very attentive but others were.

Great selection of Japanese dishes. We chose the ’all you can eat’ for under $30 (seniors price) and shared our choices. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. Good, prompt service kept the food coming all night. I’ll definitely be back.

The service was wonderful and very fast on all the food. We had a table of 10 and we were not left waiting for anything :) extremely happy and will go back again!

Great evening with family, good Japanese food, clean and fresh.

We ordered our first round before 8pm and didn't receive anything until almost 9. We ordered before most of the tables around us which were covered with food and when we did receive something it was one item at a time. We were asked if we wanted to order more 5 times while waiting and when we told them we were still waiting on our first order they just walked away. We rarely had more than a single dish on our table and most of the time there were 3 items for a table of 4 so some of us had to wait 20 mins between getting something. It seemed strange that everyone around us were getting food but our table was empty most of the night... I brought friends for their first visit and they were not impressed at all.

Food was excellent but definitely slow at coming out and definitely not enough of it for how many people we had at the table. Hopefully this is just the teething stage. Service a tad off the mark but as I mentioned. Teething stage. Will definitely return to enjoy more of the delicious fare.

I was very impressed , the food and service excellent.

The service was excellent, as was the food. It was fresh, perfect temperature and tasty. The portion sizes were perfect to all you to try new foods. Without waste. If you enjoyed something you could order it again and it was prepared fresh for you. I can highly recommend Okami in Sunbury.

The food and service was absolutely perfect. Will most definitely be back with mire friends and family. My only criticism is that one drink with food would be good.
