Lovely service & food - the service was quick & food was so good!

Just wondering if the chef actually taste the food and the sauces. They’re extremely salty god dam!! The food quality is really terrible… so please taste the food and the sauces.

The staff were unfriendly and it felt like they didn’t want to be there. I was very cold inside and several other patrons asked for the air con either to be turned down or off and we were told no. The restaurant was not very busy at the 7.45pm session with a lot of empty table yet we had to wait a long time between ordering even with flipping the card over to red. The staff seemed like something more exciting was happening out the back because that’s where they spent their time. I ordered a dish that had a hair in it which then put me off my food. I would not go back to Sunbury Okami ever again. We usually go to Doncaster and have never experienced anything like we did at Sunbury.

1. The entree, tempura vegetables, arrived after the main meal was served, was cold and very thick/hard vegetable slices. 2. The two main meals did not arrive together so obviously one got cold waiting for the other to arrive. We ordered from the A La Carte menu.
