Okami - Sunbury

This was our 3rd visit to Okami in Sunbury. Food was good. However service wasnt as good/attentive as the two other previous times we have been, and both times were busier. Food began arriving before our drinks, and food was ordered a good 10-15 minutes after the drinks were ordered. Staff also didn't seem as friendly as other times we have been.

First time at the Sunday Okami it was nice food was greasy and hot drinks came out on time very happy

I have visited this restaurant many times and have never been disappointed/ Expect to visit it many more times in the future

We went there with our baby, and the staff members were kind and friendly, organising our table with a baby high chair. We will definitely go back there!!

Don’t think I can ever get sick of going to okami. Each and every time we go food and service times are exceptional, little wait time no matter how busy the place is or what service time you go

took my family out for my birthday. The staff were very helpful in explaining the way the restaurant works and serving sizes. food was brought out quickly and everything was very tasty! chicken katsu was a favourite

We've been several times and it's always great food but the service last night was super slow. We ended up leaving without some if the items we'd requested (and others we were planning to if you could actually get someone's attention) because they were taking far too long. Overall great food and value for money though and may have just been an off night as we haven't found them to be that slow on previous occasions

Service was alittle slow and food comming to tables. But when it came out amazing food.

Some meals not warm, should serve hot or warm meal/dish.

We did not get our Steak Teriyaki which we ordered first and even after three reminders it never came. The courses were slow to come.

Amazing staff, interesting menu and great food highlight Okami Sunbury. Very impressed.

I get that we were just a two person table compared to the other larger families present, but I did have to consistently grab someone’s attention to order food, and we waited quite a while. There was one guy who did an amazing job whenever he did serve us though; nice and friendly. Overall, I brought my friend over to visit Okami for the first time and she enjoyed the food very much. (As did I).

Coming here for lunch was a nice change, although I noticed more kids then there would be at dinner which made the noise quite loud at some points. other than that the food was delicious and we never had to wait too long after ordering to get our food
