It is always good here! Reasonably priced for decent food.

Not use to ordering via qr code but food came out quickly. Very nice food. Just a pity that customer service contact is dwindling

Fantastic experience. Food was delicious and didn’t take too long to bring it out. QR code to order. Be good if the system showed what you ordered, what was to come and what has been delivered. Other than that it was a great Japanese experience. Would come again for sure.

For was delish. Furniture was extremely worn down and uncomfortable to sit on specially as my stepdad is older and sitting on the chairs that look like someone has taken a machete to them with no cushion was unpleasant. Staff were very helpful and service was great

The service was very slow, especially drinks. Food was coming our sporadically and not in order of how we ordered them. You are clearly understaffed, please hire more people.

The wait staff did not seem very happy to be working. Not one person smiled or could be bothered to remove empty plates or take more orders. Food was okay. I would like to see Japanese vegetable pancake on the menu.

Was great service & was quick except there was 6 of us and they limited how many serves we could have at the one time. We wanted 6 serves and they are very small serves of Beef Carpaccio to start our meals off one per person and they would only allow us 3. It’s not that you can share that plate Same with other plates We prefer ordering 6 one for each of what we order but not allowed It’s one of our favorite places but it means we can’t all be eating the same thing at the same time we find that way there is less wastage but overall a great place to eat

It was such a wonderful dining experience for the family. Staff were very accomodating and food were served promptly. As always Okami food are delicious and fresh. I’ve been to a lot of Okami branches but the Whittlesea branch is the best for me. Okami has always been my family’s favourite.

We had a wonderful time celebrating Father's day here. The food was great, the staff were attentive and friendly. The place is spacious compared to other Okami restaurants that we have been.

We took our grandson here for his birthday as he was keen to try Japanese cuisine. There was a queue waiting when we arrived. A good sign. We were seated promptly and our waitress appeared almost immediately. We had decided to have the “all-you-can-eat” menu which consisted mainly of smaller sized tasting portions. From that, we reordered our favourites. If you prefer large portions of one or two dishes, you are better to order from the a la carte menu. Courses were delivered in good time, and the food was amazing. Our grandson have an extensive range from which to choose to satisfy his desire to try Japanese food. We all had plenty to eat. I love their Food Wastage policy, where you have to pay for any significant amounts of food ordered but not eaten. The place was full and when we left there was a line of people waiting to get in. Testament to the quality of food and service.

Best meal I've had in a long time. Portion sizes were great, customer and table service was A1 tops. Best Japanese food I've eaten in a very long time. I would recommend this place to anyone. Definitely going back 🙂
