Okami - Whittlesea

I enjoyed the all you can eat style they provide. You pick what you want cooked fresh

We seem to always find ourselves at Okami in Whittlesea because the people know us very well there food is always great

The food is still fantastic however I would prefer to have a staff member take our order. The process has changed since our last visit and you now have to order through your phone. Non alcoholic drinks were very slow to arrived.

Amazing tasting food with great choices available, friendly quick service.

The food was amazing. However, this is an all you can eat restaurant where you order and the dish is cooked fresh. We ordered really simple items for our first two dishes. By the end of the first hour, we had only received one of them. Then we had missing dishes, and items come out super late and not together, for example, something that we wanted to have with rice, we got the rice and by the time we got the dish to go with it the rice was cold. Will be going to the Greensborough Okami in future.

We had a great time, the food was excellent as was the service.

This was my first time visiting Okami in Whittlesea, having previously only been to the Fairfield one. The portions seems a lot smaller than what they were the last time I attended Okami and I found the whole experience to be of a lower standard than what I’ve had in the past.

The food was great .. but the staff was under manned .. there was 2 main staff members on the floor .it was a busy night!! It took abit of time for the food and drinks to come out!! Compared to the Epping store .. service and delivery of food was much quicker ! .

Almost walked out took so long for our food to come out, weren’t comfortable ordering on the QR code couldn’t remove sauce on items on the QR code order so had to wait for someone to come around… only 1 napkin service wasn’t good at all Been to other okami’s has been good this one in whittlesea was good! Meals were slow to come out but I do understand they were very busy

It was overall amazing just took a long time to get food and drinks. Other then that no issues.

We waited 40 minutes for one dish. After two hours of waiting we left and still didn’t receive all of our meals.

asked for cutlery every time the food was bought out, so over 6 times and didn’t get any so kids couldn’t eat fried rice properly. wasn’t busy either so not sure why it kept getting forgotten

This restaurant is unbelievable, the food was amazing, tasty and well worth the value, service was also fantastic. We will definitely visit again.

Waited for more than 30mins before first entree was served. In a table of 4 adults,food portions were not even enough for one adult. Food was sooo lukewarm,food service in- between was a nightmare. Just not a good experience compared to the other Okami patronised in the past. Will not return to Whittlesea. Food taste is 3/5, Service is 1/5.

The food itself is wonderful, can’t fault it. Just the actual ordering was frustrating and slow because they were shortstaffed. Overall it’s a great special treat that’s local.

Okami took this last minute booking for myself and a friend and was very accommodating to us to fit us in

Was disappointed with when we asked to move seats as cooler was under us and they said no as other spots where for 5 ppl. Then when more ppl came in a group of two sat where we could have moved! And lots empty spots the whole time we where there
