We were there an hour and a half and our waiting almost completely ignored us. I had to flag down the waiter twice to order with extensive wait times between each. We ended up leaving with plaits still waiting on the table because the whole Process took so long. Very displeased compared to previous cosots

We have been going to Okami for years and have always loved it. Our experience this visit was terrible. They seem to have new staff who were all rude, a new ordering system which meant half our orders didn’t come through. We waited 55 minutes for sushi and then left still hungry because nothing else came. I sent them a complaint and received a response with absolutely no apology. Unfortunately we won’t be going back to what used to be a favourite.

Customer Service and Food were absolutely fantastic! We were somewhat disappointed as the food took an extremely long time to come out, and portion sizes were barely enough for one person so we had to keep ordering, which took a long time. As great as the service was from the young team, we’re unlikely to return to the Whittlesea restaurant.

We adore the food at Okami and have been coming back for years. Although, we ordered using the QR code and a lot of our food came after an hour wait or didn’t arrive at all. Probably not worth the amount we spent.

All of the chairs were ripped. Service was mostly good. Had to cancel drink order as it wasn’t done before we were ready to leave. Food was good as always, although it could have been hotter. It seemed you were under staffed?

The food wasn't as good as the last time I went which was a bit disappointing. You were short staffed but the young lady taking all the orders (Maddison) was amazing. She was run off her feet but remained pleasant and polite all night.

Will return! A favourite of family and our friends we took!

Food really good value for money, fresh and prepared well. Feels a little short staffed with waitstaff. We love Okami for the food and value so will be back.
