Ordering a pasta dish and being charged extra for parmesan cheese was ridiculous. You ratios of pasta versus sauce was way off and the caprese salad had hardly any cheese in it, it was basically a tomato salad.

This was a night at the sofitel hotel for my wifes 60th birthday and also wanted a nice meal and that is what we got something memorable, Thank you for a lovely evening Regards Anthony and Ethel

We had a selection of platters, including seafood, and the food was just beautiful! The best calamari in the city. Fantastic selection of quality wines for a good price. Comfortable seating inside and out. Wonderful!

We ordered entrees first, then while we were eating it our main dishes came out before we were finished. And the sides we ordered didn't come out at all. We had re order. The food was ok but I can make my own mash potato. So unfortunately our mains were cool. The service was efficient taking things away.

we arrived early and were totally accomodated .. even had extra people join us which wasnt a problem and extra seats added. Food was delicious. Waitresses were attentive and always checking to ensure we were happy and didnt need anything. We were able to pay separately which we really appreciated. Busy restaurant, great food and awesome service thank you!

Considering that it wasn’t busy our food took too long to come out. Several people that arrived after us received their food, ate & already left - however we were still there without having eaten yet. We were very disappointed. We came to this restaurant a few months ago during the busiest period and got our food faster than we did yesterday. We explained to the waitress that we were disappointed that our food took too long and she didn’t like that we had feedback and was quite rude towards us. Definitely not a good experience!!

Waited over an hour for our meals when the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. We booked our table and still waited. The service was poor, the lady didn’t want to be there. Usually I wouldn’t complain but I have never had a bad experience there until now and it was so disappointing

The service was below average. The staff were unfriendly and appeared uninterested in making our dining experience a pleasurable one. The food was ordinary, whilst generous in size it was nothing to rave about. We were disappointed.

Celebrating a birthday dinner before going to a concert at ICC. The food fantastic as usual. Dined early due to concert so endured the hour hour prices. Service was great. Love this place. 3rd visit.

Was a great place to sit and see the view of darling harbour but the only issue we had was that one waiter walked away mid order which was rude.

Family lunch for 12 food was great service was just a little slow and not attentive to getting drinks. Overall good value though and would go again
