Olivo Harbourside

It was an amazing experience and the food was delicious. And it was not that expensive. Would definitely recommend to all. If I had to say anything bad would be that some of the other guests were to loud.

Great food, but terrible, inattentive staff. Wait staff was actually standing around waiting for something to do, meanwhile we hadn’t been checked on for some time. We repeatedly had to flag someone down to get any sort of service. Very unimpressed.

The food is nice . Lunch time is not crowded. We enjoyed so much. The pasta is very very delicious. Coffee is also good. Definitely we will go there again.

Really great food and big portion sizes! The staff were all lovely and very helpful and you really can’t go past the beautiful view of Darling Harbour!

It was one of my very good experience. It is very nice place to overview water front of Darling harbour. Good selection of pasta and pizza.

The food was awesome and the place was great. The only downside is that one male server was rude and has no customer service at all. A chubby, middle-eastern-looking guy. Watch his mouth

Food was OK. Chowder was too thick, steak was small for a fillet and the pasta was very average. Table service was very good. Would not rush back based on quality of food.

Very tasty food for a good price. Great lunch specials. The staff seemed a little bit unhappy with life basically. Lack of smiles and presentations of the food that was put down on our table. Not the best customer service, but anyway a nice experience. Beautiful view and nice venue.

Overall a great experience for our Valentine’s Day dinner, but we had to wait a while to make our initial order after sitting down. After a long day at work we were starving and had to flag someone down to take our order. It wasn’t even too busy either. Otherwise, a great experience.

Great service but very average food. Had expected better quality. Prices were ok. Loved the location on the harbour but shame about the Wheel blocking the view.

The food was lovely and value for money however the service let the evening down. Our drinks order for 4 came with drinks for three, we had to ask twice for the remaining drink. The drink finally arrived sometime later.

Good service, excellent food and lovely location. Had a great time dining there and watching the world go by. Also nice to be overlooking Darling Harbour. All in all a very pleasant evening with food being served within ample time for us to be able to comfortably attend a show at the Lyric Theatre.

This was an amazing restaurant. Loved the food and service. You won’t be disappointed. I will go back and I will take my family etc

It was a really fun day out. Everything was well organised and we left promptly. Food was great, drinks were generous and staff really friendly and helpful. Can highly recommend.

We arrived, our booked table was ready and in a good location. The staff were courteous. The only problem was that we ordered a salad which did not arrive and we had to remind the staff. The weather helped 'make' the night.

Great location overlooking Darling Harbour. Friendly and helpful service. Menu accommodates all tastes - some classics like spaghetti marinara and other pasta dishes with interesting twists. Wine reasonably priced

Food is fabulous, Happy Hour drinks were a bonus (Sangria is the best I've had). Service is great, I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you're eating in Darling Harbour.

Good food and great part of the harbour to chill out for an evening. Nice choice of food and drinks to pick from. Very friendly staff

We enjoyed a quick pre-theatre lunch on Sunday. The lunch menu was good value.. The baguettes were quite large and well filled, but we would have preferred a salad on the side.

Very nice restaurant. Great food with pleanty of choice. Lovely ambience. $10 per bottle corkage expensive, esp as we opened one bottle ourselves and still got charged!

Went here for a date the staff was amazing the atmosphere was great and the food was served freshly made and with in a great time frame I would give the food a 8 out of ten only because there are only 2 chicken dishes

What a lovely lunch we had. Great service and very yummy food for a reasonable price with a great view. Is now one of our favoutites

We ordered kangaroo steak, angus steak, fish and chips, calamari, flowers of zucchini amongst us. Only the kangaroo steak was ok all the rest were pretty basic. On the plus side the service was polite and quick.

We were greeted immediately and taken to our table. We were informed of the special and the staff were accommodating to our food intolerance issue. The food came out promptly and was absolutely delicious. Overall excellent staff, fantastic food and great experience.

Olivo's at Harbourside Darling Harbour is a great venue with beautiful food. The service was first class and I would recommend this restaurant in a heartbeat.

The service and location were great. The starters were very good and generous portions however both the chicken and the fish for mains were overcooked.

I was a little disappointed, we had to question a few times if we could sit inside as we had small children and it was cold outside. We were told no a handful of times as there were no tables inside. We ended up getting a table and the whole time we were there the restaurant was half empty anyway. They obviously just wanted to outside full for those passing by. Our order was taken sporadically so drinks and food came at different times. Our waitress was lovely

We all enjoyed the food, service and the happy hour prices as we arrived just before 5pm. Bit chilly with a draft even though we were seated inside.

Restaurant atmosphere was good and menu selection was varied. Food was well presented, tasty and a good portion size. Wait staff were helpful, but could have taken our order a bit quicker given how quiet it was.

The kangaroo was over cooked and my pasta needed more sauce and the sausage tasted foul. Staff didn't ask me about my meal when we finished

This is a great place to eat. The ambiance is pleasant and the staff is very friendly. The food is always tasty and nicely presented. Great place to take your date and have a fun start to the rest of your evening.

The service was fantastic with the good out very quick for the amount of people we had at our table. Once it arrived it was some seriously nice food, have only positive things to say!

Had a party of 9 people and service was on point. All meals brought out at the same time and waiting times were minimal. Food was amazing and we'll presented. Prices decent for the quality of food too! Second time ive been here and overall great experience. Highly recommend.

I went there last night with my husband and a couple of friends. It's a nice place, beautiful view, food was good and the staff was very nice.

Food good, service average. The hostess was dressed inappropriately, although very nice. Maybe you could buy her a decent jacket so she looks like a manager/hostess. Our waitress didn't know which brand of mineral water you serve (San Pellegrino, one of the most famous brands in the world), but she was friendly and helpful. The food we had was very good however: kangaroo steak was a perfect medium rare, the mussels rated highly, and the antipasti plate was also nice.

Arrived very accomadating with table near heaters. Great views and busy vibe. food ok, value OK but service slow. Forgot our drinks arrived halfway through main meal.

Quick & friendly service, great food & cocktails with water views of Darling Harbour. 2 course dinner special where you can choose 95% off the menu is a plus! Second time I have dined here & Olivio doesn't disappoint.
