Organica - Concord

My Salmon meal was the best I've had in a long time. We had an enjoyable meal the service personnel where excellent. Our drink of Rose' wasn't very good quality.

Always good place for coffee, snacks, brunch or dinner in the food strip of Concord.

Slow service. Food was overcooked. Cakes took 15 minutes to come to the table.

Staff need a few lessons on service and general hospitality. Food was good …quite noisy …very rushed

We had a great dinner for mum’s birthday. All the food was well portioned and yummy.

Free street parking. Plenty of food variety. Excellent dessert offering. Delicious food too! Will go there again.

Generous portions of quality food. Bustling atmosphere in nicely renovated surrounds and the service was attentive without being intrusive - a good balance. My standard for coffee is pretty high at the moment so it would be great to see improvement in this area. Thank you 😊

As much as we like the restaurant, we will not be returning. The refusal to split bills is archaic and many establishments are very happy to do so. Transferring the responsibility to the customer to use apps or a single credit card is petty.

Family dinner. Service was good. Chicken schnitzel not edible, took home for the dog. Salmon dish ok, souvlaki generous but meat not great.drinks good. Dessert ok.

There were 6 of us having a long awaited catch up. The friendly staff attended to our needs with a smile. A good time was had by all. Thank you

Overall like the general ambience and taste of food. One of the best meeting hubs in Concord for coffee and snacks or for meal in general. Tends to be on the noisy side with a Greko-Italian bistro feel!

Pizza oven had been broken for 6 days and still not fixed, very poor range of cakes left. One staff member told us the cakes were sold out and another staff member told us management were cutting down on staff and therefore no one to make cakes. The service was not as good as previously

Lunch catchup with old friends after a LONG time, and Organica never disappoints, well me anyway. Coffee was really nice and the “All Day Breakfast” is a great option. Friendly and efficient staff make the experience you want - catching up with friends. Always recommended. Cheers 🥂

Food lovely. Service good. When it came to payment lady could have been little friendly. We paid and she walked away. No thank you or any acknowledgment.

It’s a busy place. The inside was very noisy, so we changed our seat to outside. The coffee and hot chocolate were lukewarm although I did mention that I prefer the hot chocolate to be extra hot. The staff willingly provided me with another hot chocolate. The wait staff were very courteous and trying their best. The food were excellent.

Menu has changed since last time. Now npt as good. Prices are to high and the worst of all.... THE FLYS, everywhere! Could not go 30 seconds without swatting a fly away. And when I advised staff they giggled and said "yeah". Pretty disappointed

- buzzing environment - service was prompt - acai smoothie needed more açai in it, tasted more banana - baked eggs had good spice, better if less watery - bacon & egg roll was good - cheese toastie was ok, better if had stringy melted cheese - pancakes was ok, prefer handmade thick butterscotch sauce (rather than maple syrup)
