Too busy on the public holiday, food wait time was very long

Business lunch for 4 people. Ordered some shared starters. Including the Arancini. Didn't think about the serving size (3) when we ordering, but when 4 people are dining staff should ask of you want 4 or perhaps 2 serves. Many restaurants will just increase the serving to 4 to ensure everyone has the option of having it (charge more of course).

Service and 3 out of 5 meals were lovely. My friend and I had the beetroot salad with chicken and it wasn't up to their usual tasty standards. The other meals and starters were great. We will go back as I feel this was just a once off with our salads.

Food was nice but overpriced to comparable venues. It was annoying that we could not split the bill. Will think twice before returning

We had booked and our option for 4 on arrival was a tiny round table near the front entry or a larger table way out the back. We chose a bigger table out the back. No atmosphere there but it was at least a bit quiet and away from the loud music. One side of the table was a backless bench not very comfortable. .Service was very very slow but food was very good when it came., prices were reasonable.

We waited over two hours and our food order never arrived. No Manager came to explain or apologize for the delay. It makes a mockery of a 90 minute sitting to not be fed our meal in the time slot. Very disappointing and just not good enough. It was a joint birthday and Mother’s Day celebration ruined.

Lovely location. Friendly staff. Meals were good (I had the veggie breakfast- delicious but grilled halloumi was chewy and spinach was cold). Coffee exceptional. Would come again- possible to open up more locations?

Had brunch with hubby and we love the fresh new look. Food was as usual delishhhhh. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Food came out quickly too with was a great as we were pretty hungry 😉

We love Organica! Food is delicious, especially the desserts. Amazing choice of tarts, slices and cakes. Staff are wonderful! Definitely be back soon!

3 of the four dishes were excellent but one was overcooked. The pita bread was burnt and crisp and the lamb souvlaki was overcooked and dry.

First time dining here. We enjoyed their set of unlimited and variety of pita breads and dips as it was tasty and made us happy.

Good pancakes, nice place, but long waiting time to get our order to be served.

I like the atmosphere; however, we wait around 20 minutes for a waitress to arrive so we can order a coffee. One of my favourites dishes is pork belly, unfortunately the way it was cooked, it wasn't the best, it has a very strong flavour.

A lovely restaurant in the heart of Sydney, prompt friendly service & delicious food with amazing deserts.

We had an overseas visitor and it took too long for our food to arrive. Even though the restaurant wasnt full.

Third meal came out slightly later; while not a problem, we did ask when it would arrive.

We were very early to the restaurant and the staff were very good at accommodating us as we had a big booking. The only let down was that when the food did come out they forgot the rings (serving utensils) every time as we were sharing and we had to ask for it. Otherwise it was a good night

Food and service was great, although the fire alarm (evacuation warning) put an end to our dinner - luckily we just finished at the time. Booking process was easy to follow (especially the reminders).

Went with a party of 8, including baby in a highchair. There was plenty of room for the highchair. The table was spacious and seating comfy. I ordered Tomato Bruschetta and unfortunately it tasted like diced tomatoes on dry bread. I couldn’t eat it, however, everyone else’s meals were fantastic! I will dine there again but just not order the Tomato Bruschetta!

After a recommendation we dined for breakfast and were very disappointed in the meals served especially for $81 for 3 dishes. The Nutella Waffles did not come with white chocolate sauce as mentioned in the menu. The avocado toast was over processed with the colour of the avocado evident of being premade. There was barely enough feta to even mention and our drinks never arrived.

Food good. Service bad , unfriendly wait staff , took wrong coffee order and said it’s not her fault and had to pay for incorrect coffee order took i10 min for first incorrect order and another 10 min for correct one

Everything was really good. I will definitely will be going back.

The staff are always friendly and courteous. I have a broken arm currently and their care of me was exceptional. Our mains of barramundi and lamb were perfection on a plate. The choice of wines is great. One little regret was my hubbie's lava cake was overdone, so crusty around the edges and pretty much no gooey lava. He's uncomplaining so just ate it. It's Christmas. One can he forgiving. We love Organica Concord.

Enjoyed our lunch. Friendly staff. There was a lot of background noise, so I would have preferred the volume of the music to be reduced.

Would of been nice to have air con on as it was very hot.

We are a group of between 10 to 20 and yesterday’s breakfast was a typical event we’re not people turned up than we booked, and the mangers and host were very helpful moving us to the back room and setting up the tables we needed.

The food was very nice but disappointing that we waited an extraordinary amount of time for our meals. Understand it was busy and the waitress was apologetic (not her fault) but seemed an excessive wait time.
