Very slow service and staff were inexperienced however the food was good

Sunday morning casual Breakfast. Staff were freindly and efficient, food tasted great.

Online booking was simple & straight forward. Food and drink came out very quickly. Great to have Thursday special - all pasta and pizza at $20 each and they were all yummy. They also had fantastic dessert menu. Good value for money. Will come back again.

The food & service was very good. However It was very loud inside. AND on top of that they had music over the speakers which made it hard to have a conversation or hear my friends

It was the first time I've dined at Organica with my friends. It was a little noisy particularly when someone started drilling into the wall but it wasn't for long. The food was simple but good. It was very affordable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was good and I had no trouble finding parking nearby. I enjoyed so much I've booked again to come next week with my family. Used the venue for a business meeting and enjoyable coffee and cannoli. Always proud to bring associates to Organica and the Majors Bay village

Food was lacklustre. Quality has gone down in recent times. Won't be going back; sorry. Dry & tasteless.

Lovely menu & cocktails. I found the atmosphere very loud especially music & chatter. Staff were good too.

Arrived just before lunch so we ordered one dish for breakfast to share, and ordered lunch menu at 12pm. Service was great and good were delicious. Highly recommended place to hang out.

Unfortunately service tonight was extremely poor, only attention to us that was truly notable was grom the pastry chef, as a qualified restuarsnt manager there was a true lack of leadership and customer focus lacking here . I noted testurant quite empty dince last experience which may be due to how restaurant is being run. Something needs to be corrected here quickly, as restaurant could be making more money

I understand today was very busy being a public holiday. It took over an hour to get our mains , no one came and asked if we’d like more drinks and they were very unorganised. Very disappointing.

The food was really good. Service was a little slow, but it was very busy so understandable. Perhaps that is why some of the staff were not very pleasant. Overall a pretty good experience. We often go for coffee during the week and it is always really nice.

Food was delightful but having to wait 50 minutes for our meal is crazy. If someone had commented that the kitchen was very busy at least we would have know why the food and drink took soooo long to be delivered to our table.

Went for Father’s Day breakfast . Even though the wait staff were lovely the food wasn’t that great . Breakfasts were cold and coffees were bitter. It was expensive for such a disappointing and unenjoyable breakfast.

We were sitting outside in the sun which was lovely, but the road noise from people beeping horns or revving their car was annoying. Will sit inside next time. We had a lovely lunch, service was excellent and wait time was very minimal. Will definately dine again

My partner and I booked a table for today at 11:00am. My partner ordered the Spanish baked eggs and I ordered simple scrambled eggs on toast with spinach. I am lactose intolerant (dairy free) so I asked if the eggs could be made without any dairy and add egg whites also. We waited over an hour for our food and when it finally came out, I was given only eggs whites with no egg. I let the waiter know and she was able to get me the eggs also. However, both the eggs and egg whites along with the spinach were stone cold. Your service was great but honestly it was quite a bad experience and the food was really not enjoyable.

Service and food were great! Recommend going when not busy.

It was a Sunday lunchtime so probably busier than other days. We were told on arrival there was a 45 minute wait for food. The food was tasty. We all enjoyed our choices. Too full for dessert so we ordered our cakes to take home. I feel the down side was the noise. It was extremely loud.

Lovely venue, super busy, so glad we booked a table. Very extensive menu and excellent service. The venue was fully packed out but we didn't even notice the noice - fantastic experience and the cake selection - WOW! We will be back.

Prompt service, staff was friendly and very accomodating despite it being a busy day. Loved it.

Great service and friendly staff. However, needs more attention to detail. The menu was torn, our wine bottle came opened and not poured, and my main dish was filled with raw cherry tomatoes. Table water didn’t arrive and by this stage we decided to go without. Maybe great for a quick lunch but not a dinner venue.

Great service, didn't need to wait too long for meals, delicious, fresh food, well prepared.

This is the fourth time I've been to Organica at Concord, and I've not once been disappointed with the food, service or atmosphere. Highly enjoyable, and definitely a place I recommend to my friends!

Was a long wait for food and we were offered other peoples food about 25 times while we waited. You may like to try table numbers for your staff as we were asked multiple times what our table number was and if this was our order! Not our job to know! Food was very nice once it was received!

Business lunch for 4 people. Ordered some shared starters. Including the Arancini. Didn't think about the serving size (3) when we ordering, but when 4 people are dining staff should ask of you want 4 or perhaps 2 serves. Many restaurants will just increase the serving to 4 to ensure everyone has the option of having it (charge more of course).

Service and 3 out of 5 meals were lovely. My friend and I had the beetroot salad with chicken and it wasn't up to their usual tasty standards. The other meals and starters were great. We will go back as I feel this was just a once off with our salads.
