Origin Dining

The waitress was nice. The place was small so got really loud. I enjoyed the chicken and lemon salad main course - full of flavour. Prefer the calamari dish over the seafood dumpling (tasted bland).I wasn't happy about the portion size so wouldn't have been good if I paid the full price for the 2 meals. I ended up getting a pizza afterwards so recommend getting an additional side or 2 along with 3 course meal to feel more satisfied.

Great food- very innovative dishes, with an interesting mix of Western and Asian styles, though portions were small, especially the Mains. We dined using a voucher, so our meal was very good value. Standard prices were not cheap.

Top quality ingredients, really well prepared and plated. Dishes were original without being over-the-top. Efficient and friendly staff. Parking not a problem. Fully BYO with a modest $2.50 per head corkage. Would definitely go back.

Have been 4 times and I have always had a delicious meal. The staff are very friendly and service is reasonably quick. Parking is reasonably convenient.

Fabulous food, fresh flavours with a home cooked feel. Don't expect much from the decor but we were certainly not disappointed and will be back.

Delicious Asian fusion food, variety of subtle flavors, and adequate servings that leave you satisfied but not bloated. Good value and easy parking. Will go again!

Agree with other reviewers that the chef is very talented in the menu creation and the use of fresh herbs and salads to compliment the dishes. Must try.

We always enjoy the food at Origin in Willoughby. We have bought several vouchers and have found the food fantastic, subtle flavours, good variety and mix of tastes and food. We will go there again!
