our crispy chicken skins were way over cooked. nobody enjoyed. Weve had them before and were disappointed this time round.

Everything was great except for the noise level. It was difficult to hear people on the other end of the table as the music was just too loud. Service was awesome. The Wait Staff were really friendly and the food came so quick. Portion size was very generous.

Overall food was good and portions were very large. We had nasi lemak with beef rendang, wat tan hor, char kway teow and fish head vermicelli.

The service was very fast, however, the table we were given was a little squishy for 5 people. Three people had to sit on the same side, and we couldn’t really lift our arms properly.

Food is always great here. Service this visit was good. It’s usually fairly good, friendly service. But the last time I was here they forgot my order, I had to wait 1.5 hours with a toddler & preschooler meltdown. All the other tables that came after us received their orders within minutes and before we got ours. We only got an apology from our server (who was clearly the one who mucked up), no apology or gesture of goodwill from the manager (so disappointing considering we’ve been regulars for more than a year). So following that incident we stayed away for almost half a year. Shame there aren’t many other Pappa Rich outlets near us as we didn’t really want to return to the Garden City outlet. Luckily last night’s visit was good so I guess we will return regularly again now.

Apart from a Couple of late deliveries off the menu the food was delicious

Delicious food, fast services, we love the red bean drink that goes really well with the Hainanese Chicken rice

Service and food were really good. No split bills though (although last time I went they did so new surprise), easy enough to navigate but...

The food was excellent and service was quick. The ordering system is unique but efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and we will be going back.

We had a set under a light flicker all the time, it was make us feeling dizzy and sick, and we wait for 30 mins for second order. Food it’s good. But wasn’t a good experience on service.

Food came out quickly and food was delightful. Only issue I had is that the table were very squished up against each other and it tends to get busy on a Saturday Lunch time so be prepared for that.

Seafood lovers? Chilli eaters? This place is a must! Food was excellent! Plenty of choices and they were very accomodating when some of us in the group had dietary requirements. The service was topnotch too and very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful dinner PappaRich! Definitely will be back to try all of your dishes!

The dishes weren’t as good as previous times as probably due to them being incredibly rushed and busy. They’re usually great. Service was great though restaurant was incredibly noisy

Good authentic Malaysian food, good portion size. Plenty of choices. I would recommend dishes like Nasi Lemak but everything I have tried so far is really good. Highly recommended

Good spicy food and a busy environment closely resembling the Asian street food natue. The hot milk tea was also for the taste to top the quality of the meal. Friendly staff as well.

The food is enjoyable with a great range of choices. Staff is friendly, however can be inconsistent with listening to requests as our group had to ask multiple times for water and extra bowls.

The food was amazing but service slow to place our order, we had to press the button three times before we were attended to. This was disappointing because it was right at opening time and wasn't too busy.

Foods were tasty, not salty like other restaurants. We did not have to wait for a long time for our orders Prices are dearer than other Malaysian restaurants

My Wife and I decided to have our 4th wedding anniversary dinner at PappaRich. We have been there a few times already and always leave commenting on how nice the meals were. There is something for everyone spicy to mild dishes and a cool way to order waiters not pestering you for your order just write it down on the note pad and ring the table service bell. The magic happens then you meal is served. The food is wonderful I always try something new on the menu and so far I have not been disappointed. I can say we find it value for money we never need desert after the main meal.

Great service. Great food. My favourite Brisbane restaurant. The atmosphere is vibrant and there is often a line at the door (be sure to book if you don't want to be disappointed).

I ordered Roti canai with Veg curry & it was not fresh & my family ordered Roti Telur which was nice hot and fresh (no complaints there). First the staff got my order wrong and replaced the same roti to another plate which looked like it was prepared the night before & we waited fkr food for 30 minutes. Staff got us another 2 orders that were not ours & instead of getting the food altogether, they got it one by one. I was very disappointed by the service and the temperature of the food served. I will never return to eat here.

Overall experience is good, nevertheless the service was a bit chaotic during peak periods. I have waiter wanting to take my plate when they have not asked me if I have finished my food. The plates were too big for the small tables and the cushion chair is too soft.
