Parea Greek Tavern

Food was authentic, tasty and plentiful. The meats are fantastic but couldn't fault any food item. Service was excellent from one little red head girl who was just outstanding and buzzed around her section making sure everything was fine. This place offers fantastic value and even the alcohol is priced reasonably. You MUST book as it gets packed all the time.

Great atmosphere. It was a 90th birthday for the family of 10 and we chose our own dishes to share and had plenty to fill us all. The food was very tasty especially the grilled octopus and chicken skewers. The staff were excellent and very attentive.

The Greek salad was tasteless and had no dressing and it Also needed salt. The bougasta dessert was the highlight of my experience. The flavor was incredible and the best iv ever had. Hot gooey centre crispy filo pastry with perfect amount of sweetness with an amazing vanilla icecream.

Service was excellent and the food was great too, however a little too salty and as for the loukoumades, they were still very doughy on the inside. Simply, they were undercooked.

The food at parea is amazing. We had the banquet and everything single thing was fresh and tasty. The only downside is rushing out for the next sitting at 8pm.

Great food. We ordered the meat platter for 2 and 2 share plates. I loved the large serving sizes as this was enough food for 4 people. Will definitely come back.

Parea makes you feel exactly that and that your in greece people and food are great ! Recommend this wonderful restaurant to all definitely worth the drive

The staff is very friendly. We found it a bit pricey for what you get. The place is always buzzing with people. An overall pleasant experience!

Absolutely stunning traditional Greek cuisine. Beautiful presented and refined home style cooking. Plenty to eat with lots of variety and colour. We took the rest home as it's too good to leave behind. Exceptional and friendly service. Our guests were so impressed that they will definitely be returning very soon with their families.

Have been there a few times as it’s been recommended by friends. Most recently I suggested to have a late lunch with my other friends and the service was ok because the staff didn’t explain how the entree dips work as we thought it came with the pita bread too. Food portions were good, but tonnes of chips on the platters though. It’s a good local Greek place to go.

Excellent food and attentive staff. The portions were much bigger than I anticipated. There’s a carpark too but we didn’t know until after we’d found street parking. Hughly recommended.

We had a wonderful night celebrating our son's birthday. From the moment we entered the premises, we were greeted with wonderful and friendly staff who were also ready to assist you. The Tavern is around the corner from our house and for a suburban location the food is fantastic, good value and the service was great. In previous visits they push the food onto you and when you are trying to make a night of it, tour home before its darK!! Worth a try, if you haven't been before, you will need to book on week-ends.

Fantastic food, service and staff. We got seated quickly, the staff kept an eye on us and attended to us immediately. And the food arrived within a few mins. SOOOO YUMMY! We’d def go back again

Very friendly staff who were very accommodating of my dietary requirements. The food was delicious and quick to arrive. Great atmosphere and easy access with parking at the back of the restaurant.

Staff were friendly, good was well presented and cooked to perfection. We had both a seafood and meat platter.. generous servings.. Dips were perfect and so was the octopus and haloumi..

Food is Overpriced. Waiters are very pushy. Not worth it. 1/2 a kilo chips with a bit of seafood on top. This is my second visit. I will not recommend it to my friends.

The food was impeccable, fresh and delicious. Service was spot on and they understood their menu. Make sure you leave room for desert. We will certainly be looking forward to our next visit.

Brilliant as always and a great atmosphere with informative service from the staff. Thank you. The lamb and sausage was dry unfortunately but we will look forward to a better experience next time.

Service was good. Atmosphere good. We had a platter for two between 4 and plentiful. Dessert was the letdown. Dry pear tart which was old.
