OK overall food not as good as we have experienced in the past.

Covid distancing was being adhered to which gave us confidence to return. We love the food at Phamous and have enjoyed many take aways. This was our first time eating in and we can highly recommend it.

Food was delicious. Turmeric tarts fabulous. Service was prompt and efficient. First restaurant to visit and dine in since shutdown. Worth waiting for. Will be back

Food was great as usual. Only downside was the $12 corkage for the use of a glass and $1 each for take away containers. Not happy with these charges !

Very busy Valentine's Day Dinner. They apologised for not being able to give their usual service. We were happy to wait. They coped very well under the pressure. Despite a little wait, the food was as good, and presented the same as ever.

We had an excellent table at the front of the restaurant , happy smiling service and we thought the food was excellent, especially the vegetarian menu.All good.

On arrival we were given our choice of tables - nice. Service was efficient and helpful, menu had variety & food arrived promptly & was tasty, with possible exception of chicken rendang curry. Prices not cheap but worth the bit extra.

Love this restaurant. Food and service are always excellent. I think 28 December when we visited was particularly busy with lots of visitors in Balmain. The food took a lot longer than usual, but that is understandable.

The food was fresh and delicious and the waiter was very attentitve and engaging. Looking forward to going back.

We have visited this restaurant on several occasions and have to admit that the service was not as good as usual. It may have been that the young man was new, but he lacked attention to detail.

The food is always great we eat here regularly fresh and great flavour we will be be back
