Food and service both great. Serving good elevated greek classics

Philhellene is an excellent choice for Greek cuisine. I was there with a couple of good friends, and we were all impressed with out meals and the service.

In town for a few days and finding this was well worth the trip from the inner city. Amazing crowd for a Tuesday but having dinner there I can see why.

The decor makes you think you're at a Greek traditional home. Food was fresh and delicious. I especially loved how they managed to get the chicken so soft. Wished I could have stayed longer, as we were asked to leave to free up the table. But that is the nature of a busy and popular place.

This was a requested venue by the Birthday girl - my close long-time friend - and we invited friends. Great food and service; it was a delightful evening. One of our guests, a very accomplished cook, had never been there and was very impressed. We have been here before, under the previous ownership, and it continued to maintain its excellent standards.

Overall, the meal is superb, particularly the souvlaki and moussaka, which express the essence of Greek cuisine. Good customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. Will return.
