The food and service was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.
We visit Proof Pizzeria fairly often, almost once a week because the food is lovely, but more so, because the staff are all lovely. Attentive and good values. In a sentence: Top quality pizza and staff to match.

We have been to Proof Pizzeria over the years. It has become quite expensive for a pizza but the quality is always very good. Service was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. I wanted a pizza that was no longer on the menu however they made it for me anyway. That's service. Will always return.
