Service was slow with only one person serving Rice needed for one meal was served only after rice came much later with other meals. Not good planning. overall dissatisfied

it was not to my taste, not very traditional and everything was very sweet. The Satay's had too much tumeric and not enough charing. The peanut sauce was runny and not super flavourful. The Thai Ice to felt just milky, there was not much spice and way too much sugar.

We all enjoyed our meals, will come back again soon.

Service could have been better along with the food. Pad Thai premium only had 2 prawns, and small serve. Chicken was chewy in the stir fry Tasty tho

Overall an "OK" experience. There were lots of little things that just didn't go well - our waitress couldn't understand our order, and perhaps did not advise us appropriately that we may have ordered too little, the restaurant was REALLY COLD and we could feel a cold blast on our necks the whole time, making it quite uncomfortable, water bottles weren't always refilled quickly and used/dirty dishes weren't removed quickly enough. It wasn't overly busy but I accept we were a large crowd. Just not a overwhelmingly positive dining experience compared to other restaurants we have visited.

Too long waiting time Some food are good but some are so so

I just love this place! Food, atmosphere and staff are absolutely first class. They were even able to make a special meal for a friend who is on a no FODMAPS diet. A fantastic experience every time!

Went to R-HAAN on Valentines Day. It was about three quarters full. It took over an our for our first entree fish to arrive (chicken skewers) and another 10 minutes for our second entree (spring rolls). Our first main (pork basil) arrived about an hour and a half after we ordered it. It was at this time that we were told they had run out of beef which was supposed to be our second main (massaman curry). Very disappointing. I’m not sure if the kitchen was understaffed or just that they were prioritising the takeaway orders. They food that we did have was tasty but we were very disappointed in the service. I hop they can improve quickly and learn to look after their in-house diners better.

We had an amazing dinner. We had a special request and we were well catered for this evening. Drinks arrived first; they were well put together. The pork salad was nice and refreshing. Coconut rice was a good addition to the mains selected. Duck curry was richly flavoured and the chicken cashew was a balanced plate. Items of improvement were that the mocktail punch that was a little too sour.

Super polite attentive staff, delicious food, with lots of fresh vegetables.

We had the share menu for 2 or 4 at $69 per diner. Very generous and food was delicious we were only 3 so had to take home the remaining. Next time we will do the al a carte menu.
