Lovely food and great attentive and friendly wait service. The meals took a little while to arrive but well worth the wait!! Very authentic Croatian food.

Loved it so much. The food is genuine, hearty Croatian food that grandma used to make, the service is excellent and the staff are friendly; couldn't possibly have asked for more.

Ragusa has incredibly friendly and helpful staff that are smiling and willing to join in on a laugh, warm cozy atmosphere and very tasty food.

Waiter seemed disinterested. Duck was minimalist for the $38 price. Service was slower than expected for a high end restaurant. Orders arrived at different times.

Was wonderfully rewarded for trying Croatian cuisine as I'd never really heard of it and didn't know what to expect. The food was glorious and the ambience was romantic in the middle section - white walls, timber beams, framed memorabilia - makes me want to go on holidays to Croatia now. Waiters were sublime - engaging, funny and danced that fine line between attentiveness and oppressive hovering just beautifully! For those burnt by the generally underwhelming food experiences provided all over Nelson Place - this is a real gem!

Great food and service. Best restaurant in Williamstown. The choices on the food and wine menu are excellent. Great atmosphere and you can arrive on the ferry. No need to drive!

Haven't tasted food this flavour some in a long time! Yum! I recommend the lamb with blackcurrants (so tender) and the sour cherry strudel....super delicious!

Fabulous staff, really helpful and loving their job. Extensive wine list and prices were ok., Food was good..but small servings and way overpriced for what you got.

Food was delicious as usual and service was excellent, I have been going for many years with friends and have never been disappointed. Always consistently good. Highly recommended.

Good location but parking meters can be issue in that they take only coins or pay be phone. At $3.50 per hour you need lots of coins. Restaurant is rustic/nice, service is very good and food was outstanding. Whitebait was best we have had in years and the Pork Belly was also outstanding. A very pleasant Friday afternoon.

Had to wait a little while for the main meal. Service was overall good. Food was delicious and fulfilling. Better lighting would be appreciated, kind of dark in the restaurant.

Great food and service ! We enjoyed the yabby risotto, pork belly and seafood stew. Our wonderful waiter provided information on the menu and assisted with selection. We will certainly be returning to Ragusa, the best food in Williamstown!

Had a great night, the food and service were fantastic. Really enjoyed Ragusa and the different food. Definitely would eat there again. It's nice to try other cultures foods.

Really lovely meal. Great wine list. The service is a really nice level of casual but attentive. Absolutely one of our favourite restaurants in Melbourne. The ribarska (seafood stew) is a must try.

Great food, fantastic venue and very welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be returning. We took some friends there and they enjoyed the whole experience. Sasha is a very good hoste.

Service was slow.Fish stew was amazing as well as starters.Punjena paprika was under seasoned and dry and steak was overcooked. One of the waiters spilled stew on my sister in law's jacket. Overall not the best experience.

The Food and service is excellent.! Waiter was patient and explained dishes on the menu. I Would definitely recommend this resteraunt for dinner or function.

we found the food excellent. Lots of choice and wonderful flavours. The atmosphere in the restaurant is easygoing and very relaxing. Staff very friendly and helpful in discussing menu choices.

Lovely food very fresh and rustic, friendly atmosphere very relaxing place and also Pino is the most professional and friendly waiter in Williamstown! We were there till very late in the afternoon and felt welcomed!

The food was excellent and the serving staff helpful, polite and attentive. The seafood stew was the highlight of the meal, fresh and delicious and so big we could hardly finish it.

The service was very good, staff were friendly and efficient. The food was fantastic, there were two of us and we ended up sharing 3 entrees between us and couldn't eat any more. The stuffed baby calamari was delicious, as were the mussels. Will definitely be going back soon, the yabby and prawn risotto looked beautiful and we need to try it.

We had the family dinner and got to try a range of dishes which were all delicious. Great experience. Pity we ate too much to try the dessert

Amazing seafood, love the entrees of octopus salad wow yum. We all had seafood for main too. Morton bay bugs and seafood stew amazing. This place never disappoints, our favourite restaurant

Excellent food, excellent service, excellent atmosphere. Our waiter was helpful and friendly which all made the experience at Raguša's a great one. I took friends there that had never been there and they were very impressed, commenting that the food was amazing.

Only two tables were occupied but there was still confusion over whether we had a booking. Waiter seemed not to be able to understand my English accent. I was ready to leave at this point! The waitress however was much friendlier. The entrees were excellent however the mains were far too large and boring. I was so disappointed - I have only heard good things about this restaurant but I wouldn't go back!

Once again, the homely atmosphere and the staff provided a great eating experience. Taking my parents there for their first visit, they complemented that the cooking was great, just like someone would have back home.

We really enjoyed the food- great choices for entrée and mains. We were too full to have any dessert so we will need to come back to try that. Great Service as well. Thanks for a great night.

As always, the food was fabulous ! Service was good, but not excellent ! The mushroom risotto never disappoints & the steak is always 10/10 Great restaurant and not too expensive.

Our first visit to Ragusa and it certainly will not be our last. My three friends and I thought the atmosphere was lovely and the food was fabulous but we got a shock at the size of the meals, they were so plentifulwe would have easily survived on 2 entrees instead of an entrée and a main. The wine selection was excellent as was the service. Thank you for an enjoyable dining out experience. Maureen Dillon

I went for lunch to check it out for celebration lunch with 16 ladies.The stage were so helpful, food was spot on . Could perhaps have a bigger choice of white wines. Looking forward to our ladies lunch.

Beautiful food and for a busy restaurant, the service was great. Can't wait to go back as everything looked so lovely! There is also a big table for bigger groups which is a bonus! I'll be thinking of this food for awhile!!

As always a great meal and a great atmosphere. Be that on the weekend or during the week. Will definitely be booking again in the near future

Great Restaurant. We had the mushroom risotto. The best risotto ever !! Very generous servings. House made desserts, so much nicer than the brought in dessert cakes that some restaurants serve. Desserts are way too big. Nice coffee !!
