Very noisy but that seems to be the norm these days. Think they are all deaf The service was exceptional, friendly happy staff. Food was good, a little different which is great. Wait time for food, then coffee was good too. No rushing, very relaxed vibe. Lovely experience thank you

We asked 4 times for water for the table and it came to us 40 minutes after we sat down. The ice bucket for the wine bottle never arrived after also asking several times. The food was ok thankfully but not amazing. We were disappointed generally after looking forward to the evening.

I have never been disappointed by Raktacino; everything was spot on as always.

Unfortunately the restaurant didn't have our table set when we arrived. Apparently they hadn't checked the website. Luckily it wasn't busy so they were able to set up a table for 11 of us.

Our meals this evening were all excellent. We were all impressed with the extent of the menu.
